There is a lot of such people, they know that they break, and all the same continue to violate rules of a forum.
It is sure that such people need an account ban

There should be one topic for hacked accounts with signed message

Only if theymos will either start recovering accounts, or assign someone else the necessary permissions to do so and designate them "Account Recovery Mod" or similar. If we are just going to continue to ignore them, then starting a stickied topic for account recovery only gives a false impression and false hope to those with hacked accounts.

We definitely need to clean Meta up from all the "Why was I banned" shitposts, though.

...
This might make it difficult to account recovery topics. But maybe it could just have two pinned posts where each user could put their information to get the account recovered. And another post to complain when their account was banned.
...
This has been mentioned already and I'm really fan of this idea.
This would help Meta to be more easy to read. Now every 2nd or 3rd topic is about locked/banned/hacked account...
There should be one topic for hacked accounts with signed message and one for the rest...

I am radically against corporal punishment, but after reading posts like OP's, I consider calling my principles into question.

How about a 1 merit fee for starting a thread. This would clean up Meta and most shitboards within a week, and the remaining megaspamthreads could be defeated with conventional weapons.

Not a realistic idea, but I love the intent behind it. There are high ranked users starting thread after thread in a blatant attempt to earn merit under the guise of trying to help the forum by improving discussion quality. It’s almost gotten worse than the spam with some users.

This is obviously a thread designed by OP to earn merits--both links he provided are to posts he made in other threads.
If you don't care about merit, why do you open a topic in Meta?
Those who are complaining usually read Alt discussion and Off topic, so you would better to move your topic there you could get more visibility by your target audience...
Why I make a thread here in meta? because this section I see a lot of newbie complaining.

I see the issue now and I see the reason why other people still complaining to merit. jr rank and high rank member instead of helping a newbie like me to rank up and guide the newbie to the right paths they bash the thread I did not make this thread to bash me I make this thread to find an answer why they complaining. and what is this? bash my thread? put me down? wow How I can learn If I ask a little question more busher will come.

Stop posting or opening a new thread that already posted by other members, because it's obvious that merit is the reason why you post this.
All pioneers of bitcointalk know that.

read my comment before you react I think you did not read all the feedback here. You should stop post like a sh*t

But beyond Meta, such an attitude would help especially sections like altcoins discussions. It is very clear that there are several topics that are created by a newbie and several alts comment next with standard answers. It is usually a topic with a simple question.

I think this suggestion is very simple and probably easy to be implemented.

Your post is also a complaint about the complaining of other members.

This is so freaking on point.
I appreciate the post though. You can find many many more. Every newbie is commenting here on the forum twice and if they don't get a merit for that, everything is a scam in the forum. We gotta try more if we want to be one of the high ranks members of the forum.

The summary of OP = "sir please give me a merit". I don't know when it will ends. Before spambie spam on out side, now they are spaming on meta. Instead of contribution everyone are trying to rank up short cut. Whenever open meta just see all merit related post and ban appeal. Sometimes it's become very difficult to find important post.

For OP; try to improve your posting behaviour. Perhaps it will help you to earn merit. Don't repeat old post.

I think we have third wave of merit hunters...

First wave was "I love merit system... It's so great... I'm so happy that my rank was decreased... Thank you thank you thank you...."

Second one was dozens of guides "how to get merit" written by unmerited yet users...

When such threads are not enough to get merit we have third one - modified version with a bit of criticism on other users who dare not to like merit.. system...

I'm wonder what another one would be...
