Take it from a newbie who tried the same thing, it won't happen and you will regret asking. Find some collateral, or build up some trust over the next few weeks before requesting a loan.

well, waiting for a no collateral loan to be fulfilled here will take even longer when you're a newbie. so that's kind of your best option.

I'm going to have to tell you no. ID is worth nothing; Vod gives a pretty good explanation on why.
Also, "proof of income"? Your income must be a measly thing for you to be begging for less than 5 bucks.
- Identification. So what if they can prove who they are. Are you going to spend more money and time taking them to court on untested legal grounds? You'll probably just walk away, like everyone does. ID is useless.
