There are privileges the forum offers as you increase in rank and there shouldn't be any problems with people wanting those privileges if they acquire them genuinely. The forum has these privileges to motivate you to want to increase in rank or they would had given everybody the same rank as you registered. The rank distinguish you from people just joining the forum and the knowledge they have acquired while being on the forum. Your rank should show your experience on the forum so everybody is welcome to try to rank up. It benefits the forum if we're all producing quality discussions which makes the environment of the forum to be health with educational threads and replies.

I have taken rank up as a goal in my life since I first dreamed that I might one day become a full member of this forum. Maybe by God's infinite mercy I am moving on that path. I will be successful.

Everybody started from being a newbie and have grown to the different ranks you're seeing so anybody that has the mentality to contribute to the forum positively can rank up to any rank. The good thing is that if you stay consistent, you can get the attention of meriters and your post history might get reviewed and you get merited. Don't stop being a positive users to the forum and don't give up hopes if the merits aren't coming, just keep enjoying the forum and being a quality poster.

Honestly, I really want to rank up here for many reasons like credibility, trust and networking.Sometimes I observe and realise that higher ranks often come with increased credibility and trust within the community. This can make it easier to engage in meaningful discussions and have their opinions respected.
I acknowledged that participating
actively, providing valuable insights, and helping others, these elements can be gradually ranked up but yet I can't enjoy these benefits.

My first recommendation to you would be to stop using AI to write your posts for you. This is not the way. You can't grow an account with this behavior, trust me.

What I am trying to say is this isn't entirely about being part of signature campaign, even though if there is no signature campaign I would say my goal will be achieving the legendary cause it's a symbol that only certain people can achieve, not talking about pre merit system era but since that it's rare and only handful people managed to achieve.
their is something I seen so far that has to do with proper understanding and basic things that has to do with involvement, it's obvious that without signature campaign many people would have not be curious to achieve some of the positions

Let us be honest, do you know that some persons when they are bèn absorbed in long-term campaign that doesn't require merit to retain you in a campaign, their growing limits will change, so let us tell ourselves the truth.

First when I joined this forum I connected here through my local board. Then I slowly tried to spend time here besides my work even follow many senior members to learn from them. The knowledge is not complete yet but one day I want to rank up with the hope that I will be like the seniors.

I have taken rank up as a goal in my life since I first dreamed that I might one day become a full member of this forum. Maybe by God's infinite mercy I am moving on that path. I will be successful.
A full member account can make long runs to become senior member or even go as far as becoming legendary, it'd just determination that can prove this aspect.

Ranking up our members level account comes with a price. Are you ready to dedicate your time and mapped the necessary merits by providing important piece of information to the board. The forum is entirely surround by the public mainly controlled by the top members.

To hell with the signature campaign, even if the signature campaign didn't exist, i would still be here, this forum is a forum created by Satoshi and there are lots of great people with great thoughts here too.
It is easier said than done. If you will be here, ask yourself how many people will be here if the signature campaigns are no more. If you really care less about the signature campaigns you shouldn't be enrolled in one. Sometimes we need to be realistic with things we say, if you really care less about the signature campaigns, you should resign your current campaign and let people who cares about it take up your place.

I was a newbie a few months ago, and currently i have learned more about bitcoin because of this forum, the only reason i want to go to a higher ranking is because i want to know how much influence i can have for this forum, how much my knowledge about bitcoin is great and how many people i can help with the knowledge i get.
Getting to a higher rank doesn't really changed who you are personally, it's just a title that's attached to your account and also signifies how long and how active you have been in the forum. The same help you are rendering to people with your current rank, will be the same help you will render as a higher ranked member. What matter most is personal development, acquiring more skills and knowledge off the forum, with real life practicals and application is what's going to make you contribute positively and help people in the forum, because you can't give what you don't have. It is the experience you are getting from the personal development that's going to help you contribute positively to the forum when you come across threads that talk about things you know.

In everything we do in this life,we all want progress, when we aren't progressing,it means we are not working. If you were a newbie before and you keep on making posts and remain consistent, you will definitely grow, that's the essence of you making the posts. So we try to grow from one stage to the other because of the benefits involved.
Everyone who remains stagnant at a particular point is not a lover of Success. We know quite well in this forum that people who have ranked up to full member up to legendary member participate in campaign that earns them money,so in as much as we want to know more about Bitcoin,we still want to be earning in the process, that's why we want to rank up.

As with everything in life, you are always drawn to power, positions, and authority. No one dreams of being a janitor. That doesn't mean that being a janitor is a bad thing, but it's not what you wanted to do and dreamed of at a young age. A higher rank could equal more authority, better reputation, greater respect and standing in the community. Obviously, with signature campaigns, it makes it easier to monetize the time you spend on the forum than with users of lower ranks.

Being a janitor is not a bad thing, but nobody dreams of being it at a young age, you said it right. Maybe the problem is that culture creates on the individual the need/desire to gain authority and become powerful as a hypothetical means to be happy, or a blind end in itself.

With a higher rank you can opt to better conditions in campaigns, there is no doubt about it; as per gaining more authority, it is apparently true but it can sometimes be a simple facade.

Actually nobody really wants to remain at a spot or be the last, ranking up is the priority of every member of this forum even those starting today are aiming very high but the race is not an easy one it takes seriousness and consistency. Just like you said you lost a little amount of money when you started if it were to be some people they would have given up and looked for another way.

Recently in the forum I came across a the post of a newbie who was asking what the requirements were to gain a merit and before I replied to his post I checked his activities first, and I noticed this guy has posted and haunted for merit, if he had continued for a long time he would have given up but the joy of a newbie is their first merit that is their strength to keep pushing.

Getting to where you are is not only by hard work it also needs motivation and encouragement.
We just need to be honest to ourselves, merits and ranking up is a big motivation to many here. It shows our efforts are seen and appreciated, at least this is the major reason alot of us kept pushing. Newbies need this motivation the most, we all cannot deny how motivated we were when we earned our first merits. The only problem lies where a member becomes so desperate for merits that he/she begins to skip some major aspects where he/she should be learning to start doing things where people will start noticing him/her in a wrong way.

There is alot I have learnt here and I am super grateful for being a member of this forum. While I am learning and at thesame time contributing my own quota to the growth of this forum, I still look forward to growth because it is one way I can be sure I am making impact in the forum.

Hmm, TBH with ranks you enjoy a good reputation all over the forum, and respect with a seniority symbol, haha I'm not saying a newbie cant be a senior no matter what your rank is your words are enough to prove your experience and seniority still ranks brings an easy way to get established. higher ranks allow signatures and avatars which allows you to promote your own words, on every post with a signature and you can promote your own brand or custom deal, you can participate in the signature campaigns in order to get some extra rewards while having fun discussions over the forum.

The core is your rank is your motivation and symbol to present your experience, your skills, and your journey with Bitcoin and the crypto industry.

For me, I guess I want to rank up because it feels like if you're a higher rank like legendary rank someone might respect you. I know you can earn respect without being legendary, but that's how I feel.

Besides, when it comes to earning here on bitcointalk, we all know that being legendary rank can earn more compared to the lower ranks.
Soon OP you will be Legendary Rank I want you to congrats in advance  For now enjoy being a Hero, A Hero Rank. lol

Ranking up on Bitcoin forums can be for a number of reasons.
Below is the detailed discussion of the rank up.
Gaining respect from forum users. a user can give correct and good answers so that it can benefit others.
Rank up so that correct or qualitative answers are easily found and useful to other users of the forum.
Trying to increase the quality of questions or answers as the forum rank up.
Build good relationship with high ranking members due to rank up in the forum so that in case of any problem in the forum later on get help from them.
The reason why bitcoin forum rank up is in my opinion the opportunity to participate in Cryptocurrency social campings along with forum renk up and earning money and changing living standards and eliminating unemployment.

I am asking a simple question as I see many topics dedicated to ranking up or suggesting ways.

From my thoughts as a newbie, I wanted to rank up because I wasn't wasted and neither I believe that I cannot get into the rank that I am in as a Hero member. It was a tough journey & had a lot of adventures! It is a cycle that everyone here who joined after merit system went through.

I saw here, how high-ranking members would be the first to get included in the best signature campaigns. I would feel frustrated as a newbie as I felt irrelevant and ignored as my rank was not that good so was my reputation.

I then realized earning was not that a big problem as bounties were a big thing in my time. Even after working for bounties, getting ranked up was a big challenge, so I started focusing on my skills. I am not a developer, still I made it with my skills of writing.

I was first introduced to gambling being part of a gambling signature campaign. I loved it and decided to learn how gambling works in cryptocurrency. Lost a little amount while learning then decided to venture into sports betting.

I am making a decent extra earning with sports betting and now I have been working on trading. Life doesn't give you success on a plate and that is how my trading part is working for me.

Ultimately, I would like to say to everyone new to the forum. Believe in yourself and believe in what you can achieve. In some time you will see yourself where I am.

Life on the Forum has never been easy especially being a newbie, getting at least 1 merit is difficult because you try to do something special to gain the recognition you talked about but it doesn't come your way and the high ranked members get all the glory, is as if there's nothing new for a newbie to do that hasn't been done on the Forum. I don't blame those who lie just to get recognized or earn merit to rank up it has to be done as long as we're not there to say otherwise.
Talking about sig campaign, you need to know something about it as a newbie then that you only apply when you have reached the required rank and being accepted is by how good you are with your work on the Forum. With all you said I think newbies can be elevated, especially those ones who planned on giving up that the merit system isn't working.

Newbies  should focus on increasing their knowledge rather than thinking about promotion. Promotion alone will not make you famous. Promotion cannot work with Enhanced Signature campaigns. Increasing your knowledge is more important than promotion. You don't have to worry about promotion if you care about increasing knowledge. Knowledgeable posts will earn you merit. Merit must be given to qualified people in this forum. Everyone respects wise people. By increasing knowledge you can become a reputable person and join advanced signature campaigns.

The signature campaign are going down. It is a reality which everyone here should understand. Those days where the forum was a space to promote a product has gone down.

Ultimately this situation is what I always wanted to avoid. Reason being that will end signature campaign and yet this is now a new normal. It is better to rethink again before getting ranked up now.

It has now become imperative to create new topics which can be related. For now we are seeing topics that are focused on topics that does not make any difference to the board.

What a motivational, inspirational and encouraged write up! I believe your talks and your heart are inline with each other? If they are, and if all have such mind like yours, newbies will easily find peace in their mind. And they will be struggling very happily irrespective of what ever difficulties they are going through. Not only in the forum or crypto trading but also every aspect of their life. Because if they feel like giving up, in their struggling with life, when ever they remember your quotes, they will tight their belt and put more effort focusing on achieving their goals.
