There may be a drop in bitcoin prices that panic people, and will sell all the bitcoins they've been holding, but that we do not realize it would be the bitcoin price increase in a given month, maybe bitcoin will go back when summer comes, where everyone will buy so many bitcoins, where we know that bitcoin prices are cheap for them to buy ...

yes. Now that it has enough support there's assurance in no major drop in price plus it has influenced altcoins to groww as well which will beenfit the entire cryptocurrency market altogether.The price will grow at a steady pace and will reach higher peak points.

Phenomenal is really perspective. The technological phenomenon of Bitcoin is approaching a decade in age, the still incredible idea that no one but yourself controls your funds is still a concept that many will have trouble wrapping their heads around - evidenced by the sheer number of "crypto" labelled projects that tout decentralisation and transparency yet still exert considerable control over their concepts.

Even if we talk about price... will this year be more of a financial phenomenon than last? Was 2017 really phenomenal price-wise compared to when its early years when it made the jump from fractions of a cent to dollar parity from 2010 to 2011?

This year will definitely be incredible for Bitcoin, regardless of what happens to the price. We'll see serious Segwit adoption, we'll see Lightning Network propagate, we'll see the highest influx of new money yet, we'll see derivatives take off and mature, we'll see regulations take root and the powers that be come to terms with a world where they cannot ignore Bitcoin anymore.

By 2017 is the year in which bitcoin is so good that it gives some unexpected increases over the last few months in 2017 by 2018 I believe bitcoin prices go up better than in 2017.

I think in the middle of this year the price will rise even though the current price is not too good as the end of 2017.
but based on history in the previous year this year definitely bitcoin will have a very fantastic value.

I honestly believe it will be a better year, mostly in terms of growth and market capitalization. I know 2017 was a really good year in percentage gain but we might not see that much percentage gain due to circumstance of price start and price ending. I think the growth will be more steady after the market corrects and people are going to proceed a little more conservatively than they have in the past.

Yes i am agree with you 2017 was good for bitcoin but 2018 start very bad bitcoin 50% down but i think its good time to buy bitcoin and possible next 2 or 3 month it ll go again 30000$ and we ll make good profit .and possible all other crypto coins also go up in mid of this year

I hope that because bitcoin rate is decreasing because of the current situation.

as bitcoin is getting famous as years goes by, also more people are growing against bitcoin and plus the problem is also growing. This year 2018 will be another big challenge for bitcoin if he can still reign as no. 1 crypto currency in the market. Im still optimistic that bitcoin now will be better than 2017

As we all know bitcoin prices in 2017 are quite good but by the end of 2017 bitcoin has fallen, and until the beginning of 2018, bitcoin is experiencing a significant drop. I believe that in 2018 bitcoin will return and be of high value, I am sure that this year there will be more people getting profit from bitcoin.

I think and claim that yes this 2018 will be a better year for Bitcoin, rough start of course but with how fast the bitcoin community grows, and how big countries starting to adapt and accept Bitcoin. I am positive that Bitcoin will really have a great 2018.

The price is cheap now, that should mean that this year may be better than the next. If people want the coin to get expensive then they should continue purchasing it.

and if we go back to Q3 and Q4 2017, this is already happening. when prices dropped at $ 6,000 and then increased to $ 10,000 in 2 weeks at the end of november. so I think it will happen again with the current problem.

Bitcoin is very well developed in 2017, but we also see that by the end of 2017 Bitcoin has been declining and extending to early 2018, but by 2018 everything will be different because Bitcoin will increase. This year, sure enough, there will be more people getting profits from it
