It is said that bitcoin will destroy the fiat system but i believe that if this happens the world will change completly because banks and a lot of things will go out of market.

No way, whenever people say that bitcoin destroy the fiat currency, and also bank, than i reply it that it is showing your letter knowledge , bitcoin and other more popular crypto currencies can't destroy the fiat currency, and Bank can't close because most of the work are depend on banks and these work only banks can handle it not bitcoin. And all over the world's government can't do it that banks close.

No i dont think so cause fiat will still be big and banks wont allow bitcoin to get bigger and make them lose alot of money.
And anyways it will not be mass adopted by that time yet cause its too unstable to put your money into it except if its for investing reasons.

We certainly cannot make such prediction, but I honestly think that it can't be used by almost everyone in 2022. I believe it would take a lot more years to accomplish this goal.

In my opinion bitcoin will not be used for everyone, in any year. It could be a good money system accepted on lot of countries, but people doesn't want to have only one option.
many things can happen in 6 years, we can see the price get higher hopefully but I think bitcoin won't be use by almost everyone in 2022, even banks now are not used by almost everyone depend on which country you live. Bitcoin will mostly use in developed countries like Russia, US, China and banks will adopt blockchain technology if they want to survive in a world that increasingly advanced.

people underestimate the impact of a few years.

but in this modern age, information and new technology spreads fast.

facebook and twitter both opened to the public less than 10 years ago, and now they have billions of users.

the first iphone launched in 2007, now even 2 year olds have smartphones. And most people can hardly even remember there used to be a live before smartphones, while that very live was not even a decade ago!

Technology spreads fast, it's not 1500 anymore where it takes centuries for new technology to spread.
but the fact that bitcoin growth is slowing down in last two years i guess.
for example in my country the bitcoin active user are 0.5 % only of total population.
how good it is? not sounds good for me , 2022 is too soon.
bitcoin is definitely not slowing down right now, i think it is only growing and it will be huge in a few years, i hope the price will grow too

Not nearly everyone but I think that a significant amount of the global population would soon recognize its usefulness and use it instead of cash in their daily financial transactions. Also, I think we would see a boom in the merchant side of bitcoin: businesses offering discounts, promos and of course, items in exchange for bitcoin. It would be great for bitcoin overall since it would greatly stimulate the economy and circulate bitcoins instead of people hoarding it.

Bitcoin will gain more popularity by then and it will be used and accepted at majority of place but I don't think that it will be used by everyone, I think it will take almost a decade for that to happen.
you are right, in my opinion bitcoins will be more and more popular in the future and i think it will make us all some good money

The short answer, probably not. No other currency in the history of the world has been used by ever person in the world, what makes bitcoin the currency to do that...and in just 6 years from today? Plus, much of the world doesn't have regular access to the internet, a key utility needed to access bitcoin.

But let's do some math to figure out how it would impact the volume of coin people would have.

The population of the planet is expected to be 7.28b in 2020...let's estimate the population in 2022 at 7.3b.

In 2022 there's estimated to be 21m bitcoin mined, and no more. So if the entire world was using bitcoin and everyone had an equal amount (which is unrealistic), each person would have BTC0.0028. It would make the value of each bitcoin SUPER high, lots of purchasing power, because there's so few available compared to the population.

That BTC0.0028 is equivalent to $1.79 (based on today's BTC/USD price of $625).

It's great to dream big, but I don't think any of us want Bitcoin to take over all the fiat currencies. If it does, you'd have all the problems fiat currency has imposed on bitcoin.

My answer is no, in 2022 not everyone will use bitcoin. It's 6 more years though, but i'm not sure everyone in 2022 will use bitcoin. Even now, only few people know and use bitcoin.
Yeah its hard to believe that everyone would start using bitcoin in such a small duration, as bitcoin is not popular everywhere and it will take long time for everyone to adopt it.

I will also say no, it wont get the world.
Although there is actually nothing to stop it from happening.
Adoption rate is still in the rising trend, new services and shops are moving towards bitcoin payment systems, no matter online or stationary...
Anything can happen, huge boom for BTC or extraordinary crash.
I'm happy that I can witness this. Fun times.

No. In 2022 Bitcoin will be overtaken by other cryptocurrency like Monero. I think Bitcoin will fail until then, because it already is like a ponzi scheme.

It also depends on the growth and also the Foundation of the bitcoin in future. If the internet users prefer and use the bitcoin then that everything you say is wrong. If so, just look in the future. Because not all we do (analysis) have similar results on the day of proof

We of course cannot predict this but I honestly do not think it can be used by almost everyone in that year.
It would take a lot more years to accomplish this.

And a great support from governments, and also from those private sector who play good role in the government and from us. But to be real, not everyone in this world is a computer enthusiast, that I think is a reason on why bitcoin won't be used by almost everyone in 2022, even when it is already accepted as a legal tender.
I do not think that in 2022 Bitcoin is going to be used by almost everyone because I feel like most people would not even try and bother with Bitcoin.
They would not like to go trough the extra effort is what I believe.

yeah, a lot of people will not be using their bitcoins then i think but either way there will be way more people into bitcoin i think
True I do not think it will be all the people in the world who will use the entire human bitcoin might not like bitcoin, let alone for 6 years.
but I think certainly bitcoin users will always grow, you can see the proof in the various surveys, and for 2022 may have already reached 20%

I would like to see that happen, but I don't think it is enough time for it. The bitcoin ecosystem certainly needs more time to evolve and to attract more users.

well yeah it is impossible that everyone will use it, in my opinion like 30 per cent of the people should be into bitcoins by that year
