Right now very small portion of entire population is aware about bitcoins and it won't change drastically in next 5 years there will be many new users who will start using bitcoins by then but its impossible to believe that everyone would start using it in such a short span of time.

You all are thinking too far now if you see till now I think only 3-6% of the world population are actually aware of bitcoins and maybe 1-2% have invested in it. There is a very less probability that everyone in the world is ever going to be aware of bitcoin. And using it as a day to day currency can be a disaster as the price would be stable so it is gonna badly affecr us all. I think the best thing is to let it remain like an investment platform.

Supposed that more and more people are starting to use bitcoins, you can't choose to "let it remain like an investment platform" because the economy would be based on what people are doing. If everybody's using bitcoin as a mode of payment because they always buy stuffs online, then be it. When almost every fiat has been converted to bitcoins, the price of bitcoin would be stable and the prices of the items for sale would be based on bitcoins.

You should be grateful that you were one of the people that have the opportunity to use bitcoin as an investment. Although you can still do it when mass adoption's taking over, you would have better profits if you invest now.

In everyday of our lives there are a thousands of users are being added here in bitcoin world in different places of the countries. But not so sure if that is a thousands only thing sure was there is a daily users comes up everyday and investing in bitcoin too. So its not far to be happen if by 2022 many bitcoin users would be a part of this industry. But I think bank still exist by that time too, it maybe or maybe that they also accept bitcoin too.

You mean everyone, that's too unrealistic, though it's progressive as we all see but the progress is not that big to reach that level of attraction to the masses. Bitcoin has it's limit, it is only for online transaction, simply logic my friend, not all people uses online transaction and AFAIK not the majority uses online transaction.

Highly probable since bitcoins aggressively progresses day by day and there will be some adjustment in the future on its flexibility and availability. Even if there were several factor affecting the use of bitcoins still it had more pros that cons.In my opinion it would be a means of paying/purchasing for almost on future transactions that will come.

In 2022, we could really see great development when it comes to number of bitcoin user, but that doesn't mean that bitcoin will be known by everyone and will be used. Some will have an idea about bitcoin, heard about it, but only few would be using it. But since we are still years away from that, lets not think about it too much, lets live with what bitcoin is right now.

5 years later, I think it's a little difficult. Although bitcoin is becoming more and more popular, there are still many people who are not aware of it.There will come a day when many people will be using bitcoin without even knowing or thinking about it. You'd have to have almost no understanding of how the system works to hold this belief. There are no centralized servers to control, all the computing power is made up by whoever decides to plug into the network. In order to control bitcoin, you'd have to control a majority (likely, far more than a majority to have reasonably certain control) of all the computing power in the network. Short of the government pointing every supercomputer it owned at the network (and perhaps not even then), that's just not going to happen.

It can be legalize but not in the way that it will be more powerful that fiat, it will only be considered as a payment system and we will live to that fact. The demand of the system will make bitcoin more valuable but not as valuable as gold or fiat. In can be eliminated anytime as this world is controlled by the government, also, as bitcoin gets popular, there will be stricter laws that we have to comply with.

Isn't that good in one way as this can be a currency which will be away from all the politics.
And why do you even want bitcoin as currency , did anyone in years try to make gold as a currency (other than a few gcc countries for oil reasons) ,no right then why don't we just let bitcoin be a investment platform Instead of a currency.

media does have an important role to publish something, including bitcoin. news media are more interested in politics or celebrities to boost their rating. but along with the development of technology that bitcoin will be increasingly needed. but anything can happen in the year 2020.

IMO, we don't need much of the media, they only love to sensationalize things without even relaying the right message that needs to be heard by the people.

I agree with you, may be most of the changes will be happened during the 5 years. Because no one could tell us perfect prediction about the future, but we could guess only and also i think after 5 years a huge people know about bitcoin. But in every way we use the bitcoin, it is not possible.
