I am not sure, but the Paypal user-base is expanding at a brisk pace. During the past few years, they have expanded quite a lot in India. Paypal in India is now giving tough competition to PayTM and Amazon Pay.

No because some companies (take freelance companies for example), only support PayPal for payments — unless all of them turn toward crypto it isn't possible.

On many forums, people sell PayPal money for cryptos and viceversa. They will continue to operate in their own ways.

In the spirit of mass adoption we are likely going to see the death of PayPal and other payment gateways. Do you foresee the death of PayPal soon by Bitcoin? At some point people would want to feel safe in not tying their credit cards to any online payment gateway. Your thoughts?

PayPal can not compete with bitcoin if some company issuing bitcoin debit card. Bitcoin have more stronger system because it can use anywhere and its more easy. Beside that, transaction fee more lower. But I am believe as big company, PayPal will adopting bitcoin and take advantages from bitcoin if mass adoption happen

Paypal is integrated with Fiat. although it looks outdated, but they are one of the pioneers of internet transaction media for global finance, Peter Thiel is even an optimistic person with the development of bitcoin, if bitcoin is legalized then I'm sure paypal will use blockchain in their system input.

The difference between media transactions and currencies will be more advanced and competent collaborations, they will not overthrow each other.

Paypal is one of the oldest payments method which people really trust. I don't think bitcoin can bring an end to Paypal because its also reliable.

Actually, I don't think so it can happen! Bitcoin is the most popular digital currency no doubt, But still lots of people can't make Bitcoin transactions. Paypal is a worldwide popular payment method! In every sector, People use Paypal for making their payments! I don't think Bitcoin can replace it! Bitcoin is a volatile, anytime price can huge down, transaction speeds are not good enough! So, My answer is No here.

I think Paypal is an old system and Bitcoin is a new system for money transfer and bitcoin is working 24 hours and we can use bitcoin for money transfers faster and cheaper than Paypal. I think Paypal will not be alive in the future and we will use only bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies.

Most people are still not ready to accept Bitcoin as a means of payment, and that's sad, but I think that this picture will change soon.

Paypal is a large international company. And bitcoin today is only a developing currency, which still has a long thorny path of development as a means of payment. Then Paypal will not disappear very soon, and it seems to me that this will not happen at all, and It will coexist with bitcoin.
I'm agree with it. Although bitcoin is a digital currency that is very well known, it has nothing compared to paypal. Paypal hava become a verified and secure payment system from a long time ago, moreover people use paypal more than bitcoin because paypal payment method has reached almost all online markets.

I think bitcoin will remain side by side with paypal, because at certain times people have different ways of using it. but bitcoin can dominate for the future

Even if the complete replacement will happen, it will happen very soon. Cryptocurrency is only at the stage of adoption and not all people are ready to exchange ordinary national money and usual payment systems for unstable bitcoin.

I do not think that we can completely replace modern payment systems with bitcoin. In addition, not all people still trust cryptocurrency and no one knows how soon it will happen. Therefore, it is too early to talk about the end of Paypal and other similar systems.

I doubt because paypal is very reliable in every transaction, but bitcoin also has advantages that are different from paypal, namely to anonymity. maybe in the near future bitcoin will not be able to beat paypal but if the value of bitcoin can be more stable I believe bitcoin can be the next option in terms of transactions

isn't up to now paypal is still used by some people to be used as a means for digital financial transactions?
bitcoin won't be as bad as you imagine, this crypto currency has a very large community. so bitcoin can continue to survive as long as the crypto currency community stays alive and thrives

At the moment, PayPal doesn't use Bitcoin. But utimately, PayPal will make peace with bitcoin or die.

Lol. You genuinely believe that PayPal will die if they don't accept bitcoin? I'd be willing to bet PayPal will likely be around a lot longer than bitcoin (or continue to exist along side it at best). We're always going to need payment processors like PayPal and even bitcoin needs them especially if it's to grow to be a mainstream payment system adopted by the masses. True, bitcoin can operate without them but consumers and the general public will require a little protection for their transactions.
