I don't think Bitcoin is a competitor for them. just the opposite, it seems to me that he can calmly exist and develop with them

If bitcoin can bring an end to the fiat money then surely it will also be the end of Paypal but already I saw somewhere "Paypal of Crypto currency" Cheesy

But we are no where at ending the paypal because the can process huge transactions at a time but the bitcoin blockchain capable of doing 4 transactions per second.

I think Bitcoin has the potential to end PayPal. However, it is not as easy as imagined, because, PayPal has become a necessity for many people, although most people are not happy with PayPal, in the end, they use it on the basis of certain needs.

I had terrible experience on paypal there security is weak and there customer services are not responding but on bitcoin i believe that it could changes all. Bitcoin is more securitable and fastest transaction and easily to use that would be popular if bitcoin could be implement.

I hope so now pay pal is a big industry and they are making thousands of orders daily so i can say that if crypto takes the place of pay pal then crypto money will be more famous and many of the big transaction are also make through bitcoin.

I think no. People from regular web wallet companies in not stupid too. They'll just add some coins to wallets and you'll use this with fiats.

Most of the people feel more comfortable when they work with PayPal. The operations there are very fast and safe. Bitcoin is not any kind of a threat to it, for sure.

In the spirit of mass adoption we are likely going to see the death of PayPal and other payment gateways. Do you foresee the death of PayPal soon by Bitcoin? At some point people would want to feel safe in not tying their credit cards to any online payment gateway. Your thoughts?

from what I see for now maybe paypal still dominates the market for digital payments because ebay amazon and its own international scale sales companies still use paypal as their payment method, maybe if later big online shops start using btc as their payment tool then paypal will shifted because the cost of btc is more mutually between countries than using paypal, which has to calculate the exchange rates of each country, and I hope that it is quickly implemented so that the cryptocurrency can go even further

As Long Paypal can perform a secure and give cheap transaction fee there will be an trader/investor will use their services. and we see that not all of the people adopt bitcoin they are link on centralized system. Bitcoin can beat them if the government support the cryptocurrency as a primary payment on every counter and i can see the possibility that bitcoin can beat the Paypal.

I don't think so, because both have different goals and views, there is no competition between bitcoin and paypal.

the possibility that it will not happen and maybe also will carry out the future development of the cryptocurrency no one can know for sure, for now take advantage of opportunities to make a profit
seeing the current development, I think paypal still remains in its position. well, like in general, bitcoin is really hard to guess. I believe that 2017 Bitcoin has exceeded paypal, but for this year it looks like paypal is back on par with bitcoin.

I son't really get the comparison here. Bitcoin is more like a product that can be used in a system, while Paypal is a system on its own. Paypal can accommodate the use of cryptocurrencies or precisely Bitcoin for financial transactions, if the dim it fit and secure enough. So you should first of all identify basically what they are and what there nature is before you compare the two to each other. Unless maybe you're trying to say that if bitcoin gets integrated into paypal, will it bring paypal to an end because of Bitcoin's unstable market value

I think most people or buyers are familiar with PayPal and use it for all their needs. so bitcoin is not possible to not use PayPal

I see what you mean but for me it is impossible that bring will bring an end to Paypal. From my point of view, of course, bitcoin is more useful and convenient, it is also well-known world wide but Paypal is more secure. Paypal is an established mode of payment recognized even by governments and banks. On the other hand, bitcoin is banned in some countries, people still need Paypal. To sum up, I don’t think Bitcoin will threat to Paypal even now or in the future.

Yes Paypal I think will just add crypto in their currencies because paypal is open for innovations not like other like banks because paypal is an web wallet that supports FIAT and I think it will be good if they have crypto too.

Just the same way you should have expect any other altcoin to bring an end to bitcoin. paypal have been in existence since 1999 during the time of confinity before they finally have their initial public offering in 2002. todays millions of both offline and online business accept paypal through out the world. The her vast and strict regulations, it become dominant and even many more business are accepting it. there is nothing that is impossible but technically i do not think bitcoin can bring an end to paypal

i think that pay pal in the best form now and crypto is doing it's own transactions and if crypto started every where then may people use this but pay pal is the old method and that is allowed in some countries and crypto can be used everywhere in the world.
