I think it will not be banned, even many countries have made Bitcoin legal, even now Bitcoin is much in demand in the technology era now, many investors and big companies have made bitcoin as a currency in the digital world As a necessity in online business. And there are some countries that already have physical coin Bitcoin.
Big companies just follow the demand of the people, they are seeing that bitcoin has a great potential to be a payment system, therefore they are adopting on it to get the market of the people who are bitcoin enthusiast, sooner or later, the adoption will grow and since they adopted early, they will also reap the benefits in the long run.

Like us ordinary people, we are investing because of the limited supply of bitcoin and we saw its potential, so based on supply and demand, its expected that BTC's value will rise as the demand increases.

Bitcoin, the crypto currency, has become huge in popularity over the recent years.

One of the main features i like about bitcoins is its transactions are anonymous. But that makes me wonder if a time will come when it will be banned worlwide. It has started in many countries.

Transactions are more anonymous if you use Monero, so no need to blame only bitcoin for it, money laundering and etc. Also you may know Linux is a great thing along with VPN and Tor's combination for good anonimity, will they ban all of this too? Oh, they want to fix transaction availability? How will they ban it? Don't they think that even if they succeed there will be even better and harder way which will be far worse for governments to fix? I think it will be better if they won't repeat over and over that bitcoin is used for money laundering and this coin is danger for us. They are the real dangers which needs to be fixed, not bitcoin and freedom.

Anonymity is not a problem to be feared. If that becomes a reason for illegal actions such as money laundering, terrorist activities, drug trafficking, black markets, etc. it depends on the user. In fact, BTC and other cryptocurrency provide many benefits related to the progress of human civilization related to buying and selling transactions. Until now, many countries have legalized cryptocurrency transactions even with certain limitations.

Anonymity has always existed and will exist; people have the right not to tell banks what exactly they spend money on. This is not necessarily something forbidden, illegal or immoral, just ordinary shopping for ordinary people. There has always been cash for this purpose, a fairly anonymous payment method. Cryptocurrencies should not be prohibited worldwide, because they have a similar purpose as well as fiat currencies. A new era is approaching, progress is moving forward, one kind of anonymity is being replaced by another, more technological and convenient. Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies must change people's minds sooner or later, governments of all countries will accept Internet money.

Many countries issue a ban on Bitcoin, but many countries accept Bitcoin as a type of FIAT like in the Philippines. Bitcoin could be taken around the world if it approved by major countries like China and the United States as a currency. That will help Bitcoin create a viral effect, and it will accept around the world.

It is not very difficult to ban Bitcoin worldwide, this is impossible, even many countries prove that Bitcoin does not affect traditional finance.
Presently it has no impact on traditional fiat or banking system because people use it for now, for asset purpose, and the usage as currency is still very low, but wait till the currency usage of it becomes very high, you will see many government trying to see what they can do to stop it which would have been too late by then, and this is why they ought to have accepted it now and then think of a way of regulating it, but because of the money the system is bringing to their country, they would rather just let it be for now.

Look at United states now, there are so many people that are trading and we have highly intelligent trader who would hardly lose their trade even when they go on leveraging, so as they trade, they definitely do change the money to fiat and back to the traditional bank.

Only undeveloped and developing countries would try to ban Bitcoin. They are fear of what they cannot control. Some of the developing countries who are banning BTC (South Korea) will eventually have to change their mind. With a very intensive integration from the U.S to make Bitcoin as a part of the financial world, other countries cannot just stand by and wait for the chance to slip out of their hands.
What those governments are not realizing is that bitcoin is going to bring great prosperity to the countries that adopt it the fastest since they will get a competitive advantage over the other countries that will be difficult to overcome and if they ban bitcoin they will miss on those benefits, but in a way I understand their posture, they know that bitcoin can be detrimental to the control they have over the economy and their citizens and they do not want to lose it even it means that their country is not as prosperous as it could be.

If someone turns off the Internet around the world, then Yes, Bitcoin can be banned) seriously, I do not think that now anyone is able to ban Bitcoin.
It is not banning Bitcoin but it is stopping the entire crypto usage. But do it looks possible? I believe it won't happen and Bitcoin growth looks great and unstoppable, and even the other country had banned Bitcoin but still, a lot of countries are still in and make used for this. It eventually helps to wake them up and to recognize what Bitcoin can do. With this new technology, it helps us to become more productive the same way that simplify our lives.

I give zero chance for Bitcoin to get banned worldwide in the future. In contrast to it, Bitcoin will be accepted by more countries as the time goes. Then, Bitcoin price will fly at the same time.
Even if more countries will continue banning bitcoin, it won't reach to the point that bitcoin will be banned worldwide. There are still countries who are very open to crypto particularly bitcoin and knows the benefits of having bitcoin not just as a good currency but also as a great asset or investment. Governments might be against bitcoin for now but i know that there will come a time that it will be legally accepted and adopted.

Bitcoin will not be banned. Only after FATF recommendations coming into force transferring BTC in a legal way would become more complicated, as there will be required much more KYC of both sending and receiving parties.

Take an hour to explain Bitcoin?  That's really the issue.  Not sure this person understands it enough to explain it well themselves.

A lot of people want to explain every detail about Bitcoin, and explain their own viewpoints on everything regarding each aspect of the technology such as why it has value etc...

People can't digest that much information, it really needs to be summed up in a very holistic view that people can understand easier.

Even if government made decisions to banned Bitcoin worldwide(though I doubt it will happen )we will find another way mate because this is part of our life and dreams to be freed from another party’s interfering and this is what bitcoin brings us from the very day we entered crypto

There will be no chance that the world can stop us from using and progressing bitcoin because we are the one who’s responsible for this.not unless we stopped buying and using crypto there is no way it will be banned

How can it be banned if no one controls it? Bitcoin already has a big contribution to our current technology. Transactions improved a lot because of it, you can pay lower fees when sending compared to banks. You can even send overseas anytime and anywhere. If bitcoin will be banned, people will still find a way to use it because the convenience it gives to us is very helpful.
People who already learned how to use this system will always find the way to continue using it, the benefits of sending transactions between boarders without any interfering from the banking institutions, with that particular usage people will start to learned that this system is not just an instrument for investment store value but a real usable tools to deal with payment transactions  directly between two wallet holders.
In fact for people who don't know yet about how Bitcoin works, they are still hesitant to accept the existence of this coin. They are afraid to deal with this currency which has fluctuating values and fairly advanced technology that is difficult for ordinary people to understand. Bitcoin will not be banned it's just that we can make them believe.

I am not thinking in the future that bitcoin will be banned worldwide. It is decentralized and many users adopts this system. Though there are some certain countries banning bitcoin to use by their citizen so still in a worldwide it cannot and I can see many development will happen about bitcoin in the future.

bitcoin from the beginning appeared never to get support from the world or the government,
bitcoin developed until now purely because of the wishes of the people,
so even though the government bans, as long as the internet is still there bitcoin will continue to grow, I'm very sure of that. because bitcoin is independent and decentralized.
I agree. Crypto is developed without any regulations from the government so it wont be easily banned all over the country because it existence depends on how long the internet will live on the network. Nothing can stop but the bitcoin itself for it to banned as it gain popularity and many are benefitted from it.

Banning bitcoin worldwide is possible if the government unite in that decision.

They are the government, they have the rights to regulate and even ban bitcoin, however, banning does not mean it will stop the system, bitcoin will still remain and there will still be a lot of transactions in the market since no one can stop the miners from doing their thing, therefore, the government should see this, they can ban bitcoin but they cannot stop it.

I don't think that is possible. Bitcoin has got a huge supporter and with us, bitcoin is going well. It's true that some nation has outlawed bitcoin for various purpose but still, it didn't stop the progress of bitcoin. So, I am not noticing any clue for making bitcoin banned worldwide. And many countries have already banned bitcoin but people are still using it with a VPN.

Bitcoin is running successfully for 10 years and I hope it would keep progressing without any Barrier.

Bitcoin will get banned in a certain country since the governments of the world are really against the Bitcoin for it would erase the banking system and the government could not get taxes from it but it would not get banned worldwide.

@saaayyyeeel there’s no mechanism to ban bitcoins, even if the governments were to ban bitcoins on paper how will they be able to stop the transactions. The biggest benefit that bitcoin has that no one knows who’s trading with whom, hence the government will never be able to find the identity of the person’s who are buying and selling it. Also many banks are now allowing their clients to hold money in bitcoins, hopefully all the countries will soon realise that they should legalise bitcoins and earn from it rather than ban it.

Technically, you cannot ban Bitcoin world wide, except if you ban the Internet. So, as long as Internet will continue to exist, Btc will exist, also.

Popularity of Btc increased significantly during last years, so governments will be more interested in regulating Btc than banning it to get more money to their budgets.
