if in my view at the moment the bitcoin price is under 6,000 dollars but that does not mean it will continue to fall, because the price has fallen below $ 6000 a few days ago, but there is another hike a few hours ago that actually started getting attention.

I do not think so, but we can only analyze and predict the development of a coin. We do not know for sure whether bitcoin will be under 6k $ or not, obviously we always hope that bitcoin prices continue to rise and rise.

considering the upcoming halving maybe it's true, after halving probably we wont see 8k price again but i don't know exactly. halving has known to increase price of bitcoinand the latest halving resulting 20k price, maybe this time it will be higher than that.
latest halving was in 2016 and price reached 20k usd in dec 2017 , also next halving is in 2020 . yes halving do affect the price in positive way but we have 2 years left for next halving . only ETF is the biggest news which we are expecting in next month , hope it is confirmed by then .

Though the bitcoin price is now 7K USD Plus. But still, there has to chance to go down to 6K USD. I think From Now to August Bitcoin will be pumping. And, at the end of the August Bitcoin price will be down again. We can see several bearish markets in this year and at the end of the year, bitcoin can be growing to make the bull market.
