Just after 2 weeks we already watched the price of Bitcoin even lower than 2000 dollars. Although I would not scare users and say that Bitcoin has a very shaky state to date. Just need to be patient and wait a little. In this case, avoid all kinds of transactions.
Holders wish the price to go up for more profit.

I'm also hoping for that kind of scenario. But most of us know how bitcoin price is unpredictable so we really don't know what will happened. I will be very optimistic though because we already know that BIP91 is already a sure thing and SW software are being used to mined blocks now. So it all points to a direction that bitcoin will really increase its price before or after Aug 1. But just to be cautious at the same time and be vigilant as well because maybe others are thinking of disrupting and taking advantage of the situation.

That would be under perfect circumstances. It's not unlikely that certain entities might be going to take advantage of the fear amongst people. If you browse through the forum, you'll see how much fear there is when it comes to the first of August date. People are infecting each other with non information and fud to such a level, that if something is going to happen for real, its effect on the market will be massive. On the other hand, I just hope that we can leave this nonsense behind us, so we can finally move further and focus on growth again. It has taken far too long already....
I think today the price will fall, but it does not. This is a confusing situation for me. But yes, it looks like bitcoin will still stay above $2500 until 1 aug.

I'm sure it'll not happen. Bitcoin will continue to be above $2000. All parties are optimistic on bitcoin and August 1, i think is a very good sentiment for bitcoin exchange rate.
I'm counting on the hardford FUD; segwit is almost sure (still need to be careful about exchange's policy of last days though, to avoid blockage of fund).
And 1800 level was tested so to go there again you really need a big panic.

Especially not during events like scaling upgrade, exchanges have no experience in handling such cases.
As for the potential price crash - even if everything will go fine according to the plan and scaling will be a pure success, we cannot guarantee that people will still panic anyway.

If hard-soft forks are work properly than Price may wont down anymore but if crash or problem occur to implementation on fork than btc price will crash and down to near about 2k

I think that bitcoin will not fall below 2000 dollars until August 1. Panic is present, but those who believe in bitcoin are still more and they will hold the coins thereby not allowing the price to drop too low.
It may not fall or it may fall. No one knows what is going to be the result of August 1. But let's just don't be like those FUD spreaders and says that price may be lower by that time. I personally think that it is not going to go down again lower at $2,000. We can see it go $2,200 but it is going to increase again too fast.
Amen to that. Those FUD that are spreading will not go and will not stop so I say ignore them because they have some hidden agenda behind it. I don't think that the price will really go down low to $2000. We have it seen though just a few days back but when BIP91 everything went all good. Its just a week before the Aug 1, the price may go down a small percentage but I doubt it will be $2000. And yes, it will increase again even if we see it go down because that's what trader like, buy bitcoin as lower and sell it at high price.

As mentioned bitcoin is completely unpredictable, and based on the same the price could reach higher or lower depending on the market. Looking upon the ongoing price growth after unexpected price fall once again going back to $2000 or below $2000 before August 1 is not gonna happen anymore.

Amazing I wanted to exchange 25 euro in the morning, usually I was exchanging for 0.008-0.01 now I paid 0.0154. It is sad that after this long buble the price is going back down again.
And now bitcoin is above 2700 the price is moving too much, unless you are a trader by profession then it is better to avoid doing any moves or you could lose money, besides the risk of a hard fork has disappeared at least on the short term, lets see if the miners carry the 2Mb fork they planned. many people hope that the price is not fall but no one will know for sure and its better to wait while we can trade bitcoin-fiat to make more profit beside that i am sure that other big whales will not let this happen. but if the price is really drop too low, then i think many people will place their order buy and waiting the order is filled.

I think it's very difficult to get bitcoin prices under $ 2000, 4 days ago bitcoin prices reached the lowest point of $ 2200, I had wanted to sell all the bitcoin but I finally hold and now the price has gone up again to the figure $ 2700.
IMO we will stay range of 2500$- 2700$ (maybe can hit 3000$

It is clear that the hard fork issue does not affect much bitcoin users so they do not care to sell to fiat, I'm sure after 1 August the price will remain high.
