There seems to be some panic after $2k was breached. The price has dropped pretty sharply and $1900 seems to be under threat.
Where have all the big buyers disappeared? This is a good buying opportunity for whales.

Yes I think bitcoin will be under $ 2,000 soon, because now the price of bitcoin was at $ 2,004 and predicted prices will continue to fall until August 1. If you want to buy 1 bitcoin maybe you can wait a few more days. But it all depends on you, if you buy now and hold it until the price goes up it already makes you get profit.

I hope Bitcoin drop more but the true value of BTC is something that can't be know. So we don't doubt that someday it will be valued much more than it is right now.

At this time we can easily see who are the men and who are the boys. They always forget the rule of investing. Buy low and sell high. During low times every body sell and during high time every body buys. Its the opposite.

I see opportunity and this what gives me the edge for i can buy bitcoin while everyone is selling. Hope they see the point of investment.

They're pretty much affected by the floating rumours around the forum, the blockchain splitting still a "possibility". Just curious what'll happen to the market next after the process after aug 1st stated that all is fine?
Bottom seller might buy back all those coins before its too late and create fast pump or the opposite, pretty curious and it's sure interesting.

I thought I will never see below $2,000 USD again until today but at least it recovered after a few minutes below $2,000 USD considering that its a weekend so expect a slight upward trend coming Monday and Tuesday then dumping starts again. Its a cycle that we have to get used to. There are more panic sellers than those who chose to hold until storm is over.

Looks like Jihan succeeded in his plans to devalue Bitcoin, even if it wasn't true people still are dumping.

By 30 minutes ago last I checked price was going down from $2050 and now is $2035 with this speed there

At one stage i thought the price of bitcoin could go down below $2000 and if it does then we will see a downward rally,but luckily the price have improved a bit,these are testing times for sure,lets see if it breaches the resistance we have in the coming week.

There is a possibility. As of now, Bitcoin is at around $2070 based from coinmarketcap.com. And since it is too early to have a panic, we may see Bitcoin going below the 2000 dollar line on the following days. The probability of going lower than $2000 is high so if you want, you can wait until you can buy a whole Bitcoin but 0.8BTC is a good enough for me. It is your call, though.

The price is fluctuating and I think its will hit below $2000 in the next days. Sadly to see the price going down hard, but for me its a good time to get a few bitcoin and saved it. I think if you could have wait for a few minutes your target to buy 1 full BTC will happened. Just wait a little longer mate and you will be lucky to get one and I suggest you hold on it until you can. Segwit2x really points that bitcoin price will go high once activated.

Good move dude If you are able to buy at that low price. I guess we don't need to wait to get the price of bitcoin to go below $2000 because we are getting in there. I hope resistance can still at around $2000 though. That's why its much better to buy at this situation and accumulate more bitcoin instead of just simply dumping it. Lucky you, you have the funds to buy bitcoin in this price, because after Aug 1, when the price go up you will find yourself enjoying a huge returns. The price can even go as much as $5000 at the end of the year. So just enjoy holding and buying spree. Grin

Yes i was able to buy at $1980 level awhile ago. I buy on deep coz we don't know when bitcoin will start sky rocketing again. Will it be at $2000? Or will it stay at this level and fly to the moon after August 1? We dont know. But since i have money to buy then i will keep on buying.

It is the time to those who wanted to enter bitcoin, it will be a good start for them since price is low and increase in bitcoin preice will eventually happen real soon . So we don't need to panic it will just make us worried and might get sick overthinking .

That happens because the price gets bought up by those that were waiting for the right moment to enter the market. I think you're too quickly assuming that the 'crisis' is over, while things aren't over until SegWit is finally up and running (hopefully not with a fork as result). A potential fork, that's where the major part of this panic comes from. 21 July is the date (if things don't change) miners will/can start signalling SegWit2X support, which means that from that day things start to get serious. As you see, there is still nearly a week to go before we see how the official SegWit2X signalling plays out.

We can't be too sure yet if it will go down more then $2000 but mind you, bitcoins price as we speak is at $2004 so if you know how to read the charts then you'll probably know if it'll go down more. I myself am not an expert on reading charts yet and have been constantly studying its fundamentals. Just set a traget price then if you really want to buy bitcoin with the money you have.
