Bitcoin and the other cryptocurrencies came into existence with their own style of operation which is somewhat different from fiat. As at now, several government are struggling to cope with bitcoin because it is volatile and decentralized. But the truth of the matter is that these government need to try and comply with cryptos or stay away from them. THEY CANNOT REGULATE THE CURRENCIES TO SUIT THEIR  INTERESTS.

Regulations are very important so we can have a safe market. This way we know that cryptos are not being used for illicit transactions. AML BitCoin rests on a privately regulated public blockchain that facilitates AML-KYC compliance and identifies criminals associated with illicit transactions while maintaining and strengthening the privacy protections for legitimate users.

For me looking at how things are going and the way various government are trying to sabotage the system, i think a time will come that many governments will ask for that but i don't see it happening now.

Many government are seeing Bitcoin or cryptocurrency as a threat to their financial system and they think it should be regulated to solve the problem. Do you think they can regulate Bitcoin ?
I think no. They will not have enough resources and time to keep track of all bitcoin streams. The only thing they can is to legalize cryptocurrency and take taxes for her transaction and pay them. Because they are no longer in force to stop it, but they can still lead.

I think if we want to have bitcoin as our mode of payment in day to day transaction the government should regulate bitcoin in order for us to be complacent in using bitcoin.

Therefore, government can not regulate it properly. Rather government can ensure the smooth transactions through bitcoin for development of economy.

it's impossible bro. because bitcoin was created by people and has been designed with the best design. therefore it is not possible if bitcoin suddenly comes out of the draft regulation so it cannot be controlled. that in my opinion and my thoughts bro .

There are many countries out there in this world who are happily welcome the crypto currency system and they are trying to being digitalized with this and upgrade their country day by day. with the help of modern science and we find also their are lots of countries in this globe. who feel that this currency system will destroy their normal paper currency system so they think this crypto world as a big threat so they don’t permit this in their country but its the future of all currency. people should know this in a very short period of time then they regret this time and I think it will regulate

How to manage bitcoin through exchanges and other media from which bitcoin can be purchased. Directly trying to regulate bitcoin will not be possible because it is decentralized. In some rules it will be good for the bitcoin market because making it completely free of regulations will mean that fraudsters and hackers will not be afraid of the laws that are applied later. Cool

I think there is two extremes and both of them are wrong first one is to allow cryptocurrency to develop the way it once and the second one is put a pressure that it could not resist, and just limit the freedom of it.

will not be able to, the government will not be able to regulate bitcoin, the government can only provide written regulations regarding bitcoin instead of regulating the development of bitcoin, bitcoin grows freely, bitcoin is regulated by us, we are supportive, the government has no rights to it

As my opinion its better that their is a proper regulation of bitcoin so that it will not get abuses by the scammers especially addressing to a scam ICO. And other user's who has a bad intentions of bitcoin like the terrorist,  money laundering, crimes. So it's better that their is an agency that regulates and protect bitcoin to those abuses kind of people.

whenever bitcoin or crypto in general is being regulated, then the objective of creating it has been defeated, bitcoin was made because of the restriction government places on local financial system in a bid to control it as they want.
