Most likely bitcoin will be regulated, but when no one can say, since governments do not have unequivocal views on this market.

Many government are seeing Bitcoin or cryptocurrency as a threat to their financial system and they think it should be regulated to solve the problem. Do you think they can regulate Bitcoin ?

Back then I believe regulation is not needed, but for the good of it. I think there's no reason to avoid regulation if that's the only thing that can make BTC an accepted form of currency. Regulation is not always bad , it's a way for it to improve and avoid legal issues in the future.

if the government wants to listen to the wishes of the crypto global community, it can be possible for the government to regulate all forms of transactions, and this will make the crypto currency holders become anonymous

That is extremely conceivable to occur for a type of money that has an utilized on regular exchange on a few nations. However, we as a whole realize that bitcoin is absolutely decentralized and does not have anything or any divisions of government controlled its framework. In this way, direction could encouraged on the wallet you may used to manage the exchange you managed for you to have greater security regarding speculations and more help by organizations out the market to acknowledge bitcoin.

I hope so that bitcoin will go to government regulations and this is for the benefit for all the people who get involve in cryptocurrency. There are many benefits that government could offer through regularization of cryptocurrency. One of it is the registration of ICO for the team that which acknowledge the project behind and these could minimize the possible scam activities.

Yes you are right, there are lots of benefits and protections we can get if government will regulate the use of bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies but at the same time there are still some disadvantages once regulated.

It would be so, to ensure that the property of every person is protected by law. Bitcoin will go to government regulations and this is for the benefit of all those involved with electronic money. There are many benefits that the government can provide through the regularization of electronic money.
And another reason is that bitcoin can become the first electronic currency to replace the conventional currency.

I think it’s inevitable that bitcoin will have some form of regulation. Aren’t digital currencies prone to theft? And don’t we want protection from that?

If you ask for my oppinion, I think for bitcoin to gain global accpetance a few regulations has to be implemented by different governments. The government have always seen bitcoins has a threat to the global financial system, so therefore they won't rest until they succeed in regulating it.

I agree with you. But also we cannot ignore the fact that BITCOIN is a decentralised currency , infact the whole CRYPTOCURRENCY world. So implementation of regulations is not an easy task.

If Bitcoin goes under regulation, a lot of the benefits and privileges enjoyed by the holders today will be lost. Most people have decided to make their wealth anonymous without making it known to the public and government. I don't want regulation for Bitcoin.

Personally, bitcoin has to be regulated by the government. The btc price is going down significant recently without getting supported. It proves that the investors is doubt about bitcoin. Because its still not accepted in some country. Whenever BTC was approval, it would be a new motivation. Thats why i think they could regulate Bitcoin in the next short time.

Regulations of bitcoin have been creating enough FUD in the bitcoin community. Now the bitcoin aim is to be decentralized creating a free money society away from government. Now why do we bother about regulation of bitcoin. I think that the last set of people that came to bitcoin lacked information on how it is supposed to work. How will they regulate bitcoin or ban it. Regulate from exchanges then other avenues will be creating means to use it. So regulating bitcoin will be kind of hard because it is decentralized.

I think it's hard to adjust bitcoin. Bitcoin is not affected by any individual, organization or government. Government wants to adjust bitcoin is quite difficult. But it is not impossible.

Bitcoin users continue to increase globally and Japan is the largest country that uses bitcoin, I'm sure that more and more countries are following Japan, legalizing bitcoin and making regulations.

It will not become a surprising news if bitcoin go under regulation because all the country start banning it then i think nothing will left so, regulation is better than ban.

For me i think its floating every country has its rule when we say regulating about busineses we put up bitcoin has a higher negative result to the people right this time because more and more ico are getting scam its hard to find them and manny investors were afraid to invest right now thats why bitcoin dropping to much. The government make thier actions about this problem this is a big discussion about our government in order to make investors and other people become safe.So i think this will push the government to make regulation about bitcoin.

Its toatally depend on the bitcoin authority because most of the government consider bitcoin a threat for the financial system and ban it so, if they regulate it they will also make it legal.

Which authority are you talking about? Bitcoin is decentralized, no one controls bitcoins. Countries may ban the trading inside their boundaries but still people will be able to trade with bitcoin. Countries can regulate it inside their boundaries according to them but they can't control it in any way.

If you will ask me what my opinion is it will just need a few regulations to be implemented before it will gain its global acceptance by the different governments around the world. As of now government sees bitcoin very dangerouse and threat to the global financial system so they wont accept it until they put a regulations on it. I believe that it would be great if bitcoin is directed legitimately. It could happen. but I see that bitcoin is starting to be accepted by large companies in the world.
