Will Bitcoin hit 100k or more in 2022?

Or a new All-Time High (ATH) in 2022?

What is your opinion and what do you think is necessary for this to happen?

You can view Prices and Dates since All-Time High (ATH) at https://coincryptoprice.com/ath/

Today the price is back to $20k after yesterday's drop to $19k, even been in the position of $18700, after returning to $20k makes me optimistic that the market will rise soon, but if you look at the 6 months that have passed I doubt the price in 2022 can hit $100k, if the market continues to rise the possibility is around $75k.

As majority have said, $100,000 in 2022 is not possible because obviously we are in a bear market. So meaning the price will surely go down as this is the cycle the we are in right now.

Even in 2021, wherein there is a *speculation* that somewhat we are heading on that direction, but then again, it's hard to know when is what is the top price. So don't expect something big to happen this year, I wouldn't be surprised if we end this year at $20,000 or even below.

I'm sure the price of $ 100k will be achieved, but the problem is that it may not be in 2022, as investors we must be realistic, the highest increase that might occur in 2022 is 3x or $ 60k, if the price can return to $ 60k then we are worth giving thanks and be the start for $ 100K.

If that's the question for this year, nobody knows but I'd say that it won't be. We'll not see $100k on this year and it's more likely that this is another long bear market.

Instead of thinking the bullish prices, we better be expecting the worst case and price that might be seen before this year ends.

With the current market I doubt it can easily go to 100k. But of course who knows right? A short stint bull run could happened without us knowing it. But we need some miracles to do that since we are already bleeding hard. It can recover and might surpasd the ATH but definitely not yet this year but will happen eventually since as time goes by many appreciated btc and surely will be valuable enough since its limited only.

Anything can happen in cryptocurrencies but we have to see in the current state of bitcoin has fallen, the world economy is experiencing inflation so this year for me is quite unrealistic for bitcoin to reach 100k because this will not happen.

It's hard to say that but after this year has gone through there is a good possibility of growth, but one day bitcoin will definitely ATH again, who knows when it will be a few years, we have to wait for it.
If you're still sure there's ATH next, it's time to buy more bitcoins from your pocket.

It is still possible but I think it's better if we forget about it for now. Not only is the current price of Bitcoin too far from $100,000, it is even moving to the opposite direction. I checked the price just seconds ago and instead of rising it is actually falling. For the nth time, it has once again fallen from $20,000. Of course we are not losing sight of that goal but perhaps we should be a little more realistic and think of more reachable levels like $25,000 and then $30,000 first before thinking of a new ATH and $100,000.

On the other hand, most expectations point to the continuation of the recession over the next few months at least, due to the Russian war and the decline in the indicators of most of the world's economies.

That is actually what causes a lot of questions to me. Economical declines and unstable political situations should have influence crypto investments, in my opinion. People become disappointed in traditional financial instruments, they no longer receive the profits they are used to, and therefore - they have to look for some new ways. Why, then, does the crypto market not show growth for several months, especially after the start of the war against Ukraine? Where do people keep their finances now?

If bitcoin did not reach USD 100,000 last year, I doubt very much that it will reach USD 100,000 this year. Although you never know what might happen, I see it as unlikely, given the state of the economy and the cryptocurrency market. I think that figure will be passed after the next halving, although I also think it will be difficult to beat, as I think there will be a lot of sell orders around that figure.

Will Bitcoin hit 100k or more in 2022?

No, because bitcoin price is still decreasing in the market. It will be difficult for the price to hit $100,000 before the end of this year 2022, because the price is still moving between $19,000 and $20,000 which will be difficult for investors to experience $100,000 soon than to experience $60,000 before the end of 2022. I think, the price will hit back $50,000 before the end of this year 2022 for long term investors to smile again before the price will increase to $100,000 next year 2023, because people are already experiencing the sign of improvement in the community.

It’s low chance to hit it this year because we just enter on first cycle of the bear market after the almost 3 years of bull run. Crypto cycle is always repeat the history and it usually happened every 3 to 4 years and hitting the new ATH within this year will just result to a bubble and hype growth which leads to sever dump once people panic sell.

I’m not expecting to see the price goes near the previous all time high this year or next year. We need to again a parabolic growth in long timeline to guarantee a strong bull run cycle.

In the current state of the market and the economy in general, I think it's quite delusional to think that bitcoin would reach all-time highs (better yet 100k lol) this year, or even next year.

- Lets not rush up and dont anticipate or make your hopes high because if bitcoins price doesnt really hit up on that point on this year then you would really be just having that frustration inside.
-Speaking of all time highs then thsi is something that we dont know as always, market is too speculative and unpredictable which does simply means that no one could
able to know on what would be happening on next months or years to come.

Factors needed for us to see these prices? or ATH's? We do need that recognition and demand which is something that we do mainly need if we do speak
about reaching new heights and this is something that cant really be controlled nor be rushed up.Lets just see on how the progress would go in upcoming years to come.

Will Bitcoin hit 100k or more in 2022?

Base on current situation in market volatility, we could conclude for a No as an answer while if we are to consider what potential bitcoin can develop at any point in time to make a sudden moves fron the current dip and surge high we could say Yes as well for an answer.

Or a new All-Time High (ATH) in 2022?

Not feasible now, maybe next year or after 2024 halving

What is your opinion and what do you think is necessary for this to happen?

Increase in market demand is one of the solution, patience, time and quality speculation on price, when the market begins to move high.

This is not excluded from obtaining at all if we compare it with the periods when the price rose to the highest levels. The last time it jumped from $20,000 to $60,000, it took less than two months for the price to double. And since there are only a few months left until the end of 2022, this is also possible.
On the other hand, most expectations point to the continuation of the recession over the next few months at least, due to the Russian war and the decline in the indicators of most of the world's economies.
