I live in south east asia and I still can use my bitcoin, actually own bitcoin is not prohibited in my country. There is an exchange site called indodax which I can use to convert my bitcoin to fiat. Basically there are no money except rupiah that allowed to use in my country. Other South East Asian countries such as Singapore actually a good environment for bitcoin, the monetary authority of singapore clearly articulated as early as 2013 that they do not intend to intervene in any transactions or commercial decisions related to bitcoin. Very possible to legalized bitcoin but not this time due to severe famine in different parts. Economic shortage needs to be solve. Rampant corruption needs to unveil to make things smooth than before. Repairing sometimes difficult than the original creation. Most likely the treaty's of countries is an open door to recognized crypto.

Here in my country Bitcoin is already legal although it's not yet regulated by the Government. Everyone here is free to buy and sell and to trade cryptocurrency. More scammers so we have to be very careful in dealing with people. You can also do crypto mining here if you wished to.

That is right, in our country, Philippines, Bitcoin is not banned it is regulated in our country though only a small portion of our population are using Bitcoin since there are a lot of news about Bitcoin being used to scam people or its investors.
