I am in Vietnam and currently the government has not yet recognized Bitcoin, although they are still developing legislation to apply the blockchain technology. When tax collection and money laundering are handled, Bitcoin can be accepted early

That situation is only temporary. Once majority of sectors use blockchain technology, those law will be ammended by the law makers. They cannot avoid the radical change that will happen if blockchain technology take over.

I think you know many people and many country use bitcoin but many country banded bitcoin.southeast asia the country has capital controls it won't legalise crypto, because bitcoin can be used to get round capital controls.

I suppose not only south Asia but also all the countries will be able to use BTC. Because paper money will be diminish then electronic curry use, therefore all countries will be use BTC,

indeed some countries haven't yet legalized bitcoin. And you ask what the impact is positive or negative if bitcoin will legalized in southeast asia?. the answer is nobody knows whether positive or negative surely that both will exist. the positive side are bitcoin supporters while the negative are bitcoin haters.

As more and more countries are legalizing Bitcoin, the Crypto market becomes more valuable and attracts many new investors. That would certainly be a positive impact.
I hope in the future, countries around the world will recognize the positive points of Crypto and legitimize it.

Bitcoin is just starting therefore there is nothing to worry about the countries still in doubt with the capability of bitcoin. They are still in the process of studying how bitcoin works at the same time the potential and capability of bitcoin. So this thing is not impossible to happen. We can wait and see, and let the bitcoin proves itself.

Yes, not only Bitcoin but the whole cryptocurrency is not legalised in many countries of South Asia. The government of many countries believe that many illegal activities occur through this cryptocurrency market as the transactions are anonymous over here.

which I know bitcoin is a country country in southeast asia has not legalized the existence of bitcoin, only some countries also like Indonesia is still no strict prohibition for its users, so only limited appeal, I myself still believe bitcoin will be accepted not only in southeast asia , maybe around the world, we also have to help give a sense of what bitcoin is, as most people conclude bitcoins too quickly without them learning
