I think btc will follow the old pattern but just at the beginning, then we all gonna be surprised. 2019 should be lucky, i mean, please, let it be lucky for crypto holders!

We all are aware with this thing that 2018 is still not very good for bitcoin as in the last December’s month the valuation was very very high like about 15000$ and now has deflated to less than 6000$ and this deflation in the valuation of bitcoin has panicked so many investors and now they are in hurry of selling their coin but one must keep one thing in mind that bitcoin is a volatile crypto currency and because of which pumps and dumps are very common as the valuation is very low these times so there are sure assumptions that it’s valuation will inflate in 2019.

We saw in the 2018 downtrend. Many of thought it will be the end of crypto and left also. Still bitcoin maintain it's value around 6500$. In the coming months we have good news also for Bitcoin. Which will kick the bitcoin price again sure. And no doubt that we can see new ATH also in the coming year.
Ofcourse we want bitcoin to rise again but for me I prefer a slow long term rising trend rather than a bull run or a quick skyrocket then fall rock bottom again.
