Now, when BTC costs $ 40,000, talking about the death of cryptocurrency is not entirely appropriate Smiley. In my opinion, cryptocurrency is now very popular all over the world, it is used by online stores, large companies, if the cryptocurrency dies, companies working with cryptocurrency will go bankrupt.

Just the opposite. When we talk about the death of a cryptocurrency, it is important to understand that its death cannot occur under current conditions. Even if you convince all people that the bitcoin bubble will still be valuable. And as long as it has value, it will have value. However, other factors can provoke unintended consequences. For example, the emergence of quantum computers.

Crypto will remain and even when economic crisis occurs people will see crypto as an alternative to crash. Crypto is one of the best innovation created to be anletrnative medium of exchange which is way more convenient to use compared to cash in some cases. The only thing that will stop crypto is when internet stops working.

I see that crypto is slowly becoming a part of our life. And i see that it is become useful specially during pandemic, so there is a posibility that crypto will not die and become more useful in the next few years, because almost all of the people around the world use internet and crypto runs through internet that is why it is becoming more simple to use crypto this time and life become more simple.

We better discuss how people respond to bitcoin.
From the first time bitcoin was created how developments that we can see to barometer whether bitcoin (crypto) will stand eternal or will be extinct.
If bitcoin enthusiasts are more and more, it is impossible if bitcoin will become extinct.
On the other hand the development of technology is increasingly sophisticated and widespread.

I think crypto will live forever as long as there is demand and supply in crypto market, there is an stable internet connection and power supply despite of any natural calamities or even after war or anything that can cause trouble in cryptocurrency. Just look at the market today, once the project or token is worthless and becomes a dead coin, other coins are created in exchange or addition to the market. Never ending ...

I agree with you. crypto will live on forever, as long as the internet is still on, and technology is growing, crypto will also continue to develop and new tokens keep coming. its just that it maybe take a long time for crypto to become known. because besides continuing to live and develop, crypto must also have a growing number of users. the more people who know crypto, the longer and more developed crypto will continue to live. hopefully it can also long last.

In my opinion, cryptocurrency is now very popular all over the world, it is used by online stores, large companies, if the cryptocurrency dies, companies working with cryptocurrency will go bankrupt.

The vulnerabilities remain, despite the steeply rising exchange rates. SegWit and Lightning have failed to resolve the scalability issue. Users are facing a lot of hardship, as a result of sky high transaction fee and delays in confirmation. Hardly anyone is using Bitcoin as a currency nowadays because of this reasons. And we can't ignore this, because Satoshi Nakamoto had originally designed Bitcoin as a currency.
Bitcoin do have its own flaws but can really be handled out even if Segwit and LN doesn't really get that much of recognition but still their existence is relevant.

If you do really hate up high fees then you can freely switch up to altcoins which does have lesser and much faster when it comes to confirmation times.

Crypto wont live forever because nothing do last forever but doesn't mean that they wont really be staying for long time or lets say in our entire lifetime.
Basing off on potential and relevance then we can presume that they would really be lasting.

Since Bitcoin is the first cryptocurrency ever created. So if Bitcoin die crypto may die in my opinion. If you aske someone about crypto they don't know but if you ask about Bitcoin they are familiar with that.

Strongly agree with this. Been talking about crypto currencies in my class in the past month and they've been asking me what it is. The time I told them about bitcoin, they knew about it and immediately told me that some of them we're scammed by it. It turns out that they are scammed by investments told that they are investing in bitcoin then ran their money not directly bitcoin.

I think even though people are not aware what bitcoin is, as long as bitcoin keeps on going, crypto currencies will live for a very long time.

Well, I don't see any reason why crypto would die. This is a new technology (thanks to Satoshi Nakamoto) and as we gear towards a more digitalized aged, crypto will still surely be a thing. People will soon be realizing the good it can do (let's hope for that) and when that happens, crypto will even be patronized more and has more reason to stay.

Cryptos will live for a pretty long time.

First, you have the lindy effect going for it -- it's already been around for 12 years, so its easy for it to rack up another decade or two.  This is especially true considering that crypto hasn't even hit it's peak yet.

If organized governments do well, then Crypto will do well do because more larger actors (gov't, companies) will find uses for crypto.  If organized governments don't do well, crypto will be the last refuge of value.

What doesn't have value will eventually die, only something valuable will live forever, the case with crypto is many useful projects will stay and less useful ones will vanish, don't get me wrong it's certain that we will keep seeing new bad projects, it will be like a circle thing
Crypto will on forever and some might say the crypto will be future that will used on a widescale like fiat money and can used a payment to every transaction we do everyday.
I agree that only the most well known and most valuable cryptos will be used and most of the new ones and lesser valuable crypto will vanish or even won't be used or adopted globally. Bitcoin is the well known cryptocurrency out there as it's OG or first crypto created and for sure that it won't be replaced by any other crypto and will live forever. Other crypto such as BCH, USDT, ETH or even XRP will live on forever as popularity of and the adoption of has proven itself to be valuable.

Cryptocurrencies won't die for any reason. At present, world is much connected to technology. The same is in demand on financial sector. The same is getting fulfilled through cryptocurrency. Cryptocurrency usage slowly increasing with time. When the entire volume gets mined the limited supply will keep up the market strong. We've got large number of cryptocurrencies with different usage, and everything gets tied to bitcoin in some form.

I think it will not. Because it is the future of currency. But who knows it may collapse in some point of near future. But Iit Won't happen as far as i can say from my experience. But anything can happen. It may collapse but it is also possible it may start a new era of human development. Everything depends on what people need in their life. Are they depending on it or trying to get rid of it ? That's the question.

Institutional investors are buying Bitcoins and more people are now interested in Bitcoin since the price surge. I doubt if Bitcoin is going to "die" any time soon

I think the cryptocurrency will exist as long as it can be used. And given that cryptocurrency is the best and perhaps the only normal alternative to fiat money, I am sure that cryptocurrency's heyday is still ahead. We saw a halving, which evenly led to the renewal of the highest points. What's next for us?
We can relate this to gold. In the oldest times, gold has been used as money and until now it is existing as a store of value. For crypto, it's being used as both. But in the future, there could only be one use to it and that would likely be as a store of value.
The market cap is increasing and it's just like we're having a start because institutions just joined. It will live as long as there's enough value that we can price in for each of the coins depends to its market cap.
You cant say that because anything could really be treated up like that.
On the question if Crypto will live forever? then nothing do last forever but somewhat basing of on the potential on crypto then we can presume that it would last for long time.
Thing here is that you do know on what you gonna do so that you would able to benefit and be wise on taking step and actions towards
your crypto investments.
Why shouldn't I?
You're saying that there's potential for crypto and its potential being a store of value, pointing to bitcoin, is happening these days. I'm saying that while it's there and has value, we expect it to live just like how everyone is fueled up during this bull run.

Let's accept the fact nothing last forever in this world there will be the day that bitcoin and the cryptocurrency world will disappear and die if there will be better things that will come up in the future or if supporters, miners have stopped using, buying, and trading cryptocurrency. Bitcoin and crypto will live as long as there will be people who are there to use, support, and fuel the network.
Nothing is eternal in this world and that is a fact. As you said, bitcoin requires support from all parties to become a valuable asset and is also useful as both a payment system and a tradable asset. I assume that bitcoin will continue to exist even though no one will ever use it. But what is worthless is useless and will be left behind. Until now, there were no signs that bitcoin would become useless and the community continued to grow over time.

Bitcoin has been shown to withstand a pandemic is one of the many reasons it is believed to continue to be used for a longer time. Without any technical failures, I think Bitcoin will continue to be a very valuable asset regardless of the world situation. Politics, economics and things that have a big impact on the world economy will be factors that affect the price of bitcoin.
