I think the cryptocurrency will exist as long as it can be used. And given that cryptocurrency is the best and perhaps the only normal alternative to fiat money, I am sure that cryptocurrency's heyday is still ahead. We saw a halving, which evenly led to the renewal of the highest points. What's next for us?
We can relate this to gold. In the oldest times, gold has been used as money and until now it is existing as a store of value. For crypto, it's being used as both. But in the future, there could only be one use to it and that would likely be as a store of value.
The market cap is increasing and it's just like we're having a start because institutions just joined. It will live as long as there's enough value that we can price in for each of the coins depends to its market cap.
You cant say that because anything could really be treated up like that.
On the question if Crypto will live forever? then nothing do last forever but somewhat basing of on the potential on crypto then we can presume that it would last for long time.
Thing here is that you do know on what you gonna do so that you would able to benefit and be wise on taking step and actions towards
your crypto investments.

From my experience and research bitcoin will not die, actually nobody knows the future of cryptocurrencies but with the way people are adopting cryptocurrency and the way companies are adopting cryptocurrency I believe cryptocurrency will not die!!!
Yes, even in the countries where bitcoin is ban or limited still lot of people can do access or utilize bitcoin. This is one of the fact that has been stated by so many bitcoiners or bitcoin enthusiasts. I do believe in it also because the bitcoin is being run by the bitcoin client meaning that whoever downloaded bitcoin program can become part of the network. And as far as there are many bitcoiners running out their bitcoin client out then there is no problem with bitcoin and can live for a long period of time but not forever.

I think crypto will not die, but it will evolve over time and eventually Bitcoin might get replaced by something better. The fact that bitcoin is limited to 21 million coins and small amounts will constantly be lost over time (due to abandonment by owners for a variety of reasons) will cause too much restriction. There are innovations that can avoid transaction fees, but if Bitcoin is no good for the vast majority of the world population it will only end up being used by fewer and fewer rich people. It seems like it is trapped by its own success and a new cryptocurrency with more whole units in circulation or lower transaction fees will be required.
Many have in fact made that observation before, bitcoin could become the new gold which is used mostly as a store of value but not used much in transactions at all, if this comes to happen then there is still an opportunity for another good coin to appear and that specializes in having really fast confirmation times, cheap transactions and a larger supply, in essence this coin will become the silver of this market, for a long time people believed litecoin will be that coin but I do not believe it has that potential anymore.

Crypto Will Live Forever... Until It Die Smiley

Jokes aside, I believe crypto will not live forever in the current form. Bitcoin (as we know it now) will be gone once quantum computers become a daily reality for us as a regular smartphone in the pocket. However, the concept and idea, and potential implications are really great, therefore crypto will be evolving to some other form (quantum-protected crypto (yes, I know there are already some), state-run crypto, corporate-run crypto, or something else).

Super-computers are getting more and more efficient and at some point in the future they will be able to crack the Bitcoin private keys. This may not happen immediately, but once the private keys become obsolete, Bitcoin (and most of the other cryptocurrencies) will die a natural death. Therefore I don't believe that cryptocurrency will last forever. Like most of the other technological innovations, cryptocurrency also has a limited lifespan.

The interesting thing which is seen is that that US did never raise an accountability for his weapon puppet countries like the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and AE, So it is possible that all Christian countries may awake and there could be a possible WW3. If it happens then do you think that bitcoin will live anymore?
Crypto could potentially die even without WW3.
Humanity has a lot of other issues, but to be honest crypto can die even without catastrophical event.
No one ever thought we'll get rid fiat currencies or gold, but now it is a possibility.
Same thing may happen with crypto.

If Bitcoin Core developers take care of the vulnerabilities, then I am sure that it is going to survive for many decades. But a number of challenges exist. First and foremost, the transaction fee is increasing with every passing month and the median fee now stands at around $5 per transaction. Another issue is regarding the viability of PoW algorithm in the long term. At some point, the developers need to shift from PoW to PoS system.

As long as there is electricity and an internet network and using bitcoin or crypto, I think Bitcoin will still be around in any situation and bitcoin is the best solution to any problem.
If the price goes down it will definitely happen because of the world situation that affects the decline and there is no need to wait for the third world war because that is the influence of bitcoin by users and the internet and the electricity network that keeps bitcoin alive.
Yes, I absolutely agree that the presence of electricity and the Internet allow bitcoin to exist. another question is the degree of distribution and whether there will be a situation when the popularity of cryptocurrencies and bitcoin will decline accordingly and investors will find a new source for games. Let's not forget that Satoshi Nakamoto or whatever group of people stood behind him, when creating bitcoin, was clearly inspired by the goal of creating a tool to replace the current payment and financial system, but recently bitcoin has been acting as an object for investment, not as a currency.

There’s a very slim chance of world war 3 happening any time in the future. If ever it’ll happen, I bet it’s going to be a war using a bio-weapon and not like those of world war 1 and 2 using gruesome ways. And to answer the question, I think bitcoin will continue to strive as long as there’s an Internet connectivity, electricity supply, and users patronizing it.

The world war 3 might even strengthen the bitcoin community because surely the economy would collapse resulting to fiat currencies value decline. Eventually, people would try to find alternative versions of where they could maximize their money and could get more commodities to survive which bitcoin greatly offer.

I also think that as long as there is internet and electricity there will always be Bitcoin, but if there is a world war when there is no world war then what will soar in the market is gold and bitcoin. Bitcoin will indeed be sought after but its proportion will be slightly lower than gold. Bitcoin still has shortcomings that are quite worrying for investors, such as the level of security from hackers. During the war, maybe investors will really need a very safe alternative investment, but Bitcoin still doesn't have it.

Crypto should live forever. It is sad that we have wars, I wish they would cease forever and that nations try to live in peace.
On the side that interests us, we maintain the hope that bitcoin was created to stay and that we are currently witnessing the transformation of the economy.
This moment was destined because circumstances allowed it. We need to lead the economy into a digital age and the call is for everyone.

bitcoin continues to grow and continues to exist in the times, even if there will be world war 3 it will not prevent bitcoin from growing, but we all hope that there will be no war in this world because we are all independent

As the technology is doing we will watch there could be better things and ways for use of this crypto because now no one can stop this all if you want to kill this then surely you have to kill Internet without this its not possible this crypto is bringing many new methods and things for common peoples in last one decade so its surely going to change some shapes but not going to dead.

That's the question I keep on asking myself always but from my research I don't think cryptocurrencies will die because numbers of people and companies adopting cryptocurrencies is growing massively daily!!!
But if you look from the order side cryptocurrencies is always move by news if there is bad news about bitcoin now it will definitely crash and when bitcoin crashes order coins will also follow!!!

Even though world war 3 will happen in the future it will not affect the whole crypto community, internet will be the only one who can shut down bitcoin, not even the government, and this world war 3 that you are talking about. It will only affect a simple thing for the bitcoin community because the US has the greatest number of bitcoin users and if the war will happen there would be many people who will not become active in bitcoin because of preparing for the War.

Will Crypto live forever or die?

Crypto willlive forever but the question is which coins are those, but definitely it is Bitcoin that will stay in our life forever.

Dying will surely comes to shitcoins and that will make us decide which currency to support and invest with.
