I don't think so. It had zero percent possibility. At this moment many government are thinking to legalize crypto. Many of them already did. So at this moment it's not possible. And many giant tech companies and big individual  investors are entering crypto. When this kind of adoption coming at this moment it couldn't ngo to zero. I think in tjike many individual projects can go to zero. But now the whole crypto market.

maybe anything can happen and worries haunt everyone if it really happens. despite what is feared that many countries will make their own digital currencies. but is it possible that the state has to take care of it again by making its own digital money, because they already have a legal payment instrument that has been used. but I agree with the colleague above, for crypto to zero it is unlikely that will happen. because in fact many countries have begun to recognize crypto and accept it as a legal means of exchange, even though there are not many countries but at least worries have been answered.

Everything has a life span. Some cryptocurrency that are valuable at the moment will certainly go to zero someday. But crypto is the new technology that is defining our future. Crypto is being embrace by the whole world and technology companies for their own benefits. Crypto would prosper but it might not be the same cryptos we are using now.

Exactly. Nothing lasts forever. While some cryptocurrencies will go to zero in price, others will retain their value for the forsseable future. Bitcoin is one of those cryptocurrencies that won't go to zero anytime soon. That's because it's the "father" of crypto and Blockchain technology. No other project can overcome the original one which started it all. In this uncertain world of crypto, people often replace some altcoins to the "new kid on the block". This is normal, since people are always following the money. For a cryptocurrency to retain its price on the market, it needs to provide real use cases for the mainstream world. Otherwise, it'll be nothing more than just a speculative instrument with no future.

Nonetheless, it's becoming evident that crypto will be here to stay for a long time. The pandemic has triggered massive interest into crypto lately. Despite what the naysayers say, crypto will always be valuable because it provides a truly decentralized monetary system where people can become their own bank. It's this design which makes crypto attractive for those who seek control over their own money regardless of governments' interactions in the mainstream world. Just my thoughts Grin

Crypto is not a religion but i like it

Whether cryptocurrencies will die or not depends only from one VERY SMALL thing - governments regulation.
If they will decide that they do not need uncontrolled money exchange services, then they will start a "witch hunt" with all the consequences.
And if they decide that crypto is not so bad then we will see a cryptocurrency account in Paypal.

If you say a good number of none performing coins going to zero I did say yes. Not whole crypto check what is happening in the world you will know we need to digitalise a lot of things so data management can be easy.
Coins who don't have any development and good used will definitely go to zero because a lot of people will be selling out their coins who don't have any good value. Only top coins have a chance not to get a bad value because they all have a good performance and well developed.

All things has an end including cryptocurrency maybe someday crypto will worthless. For now the development of cryptocurrency still running and there is a lot of investor put their money on it. We dont know what will happend in near future but i believe crypto will still exist.
Bitcoin is doing well on the eve of Halving. I think that the price will overcome 10 000 dollars. So far I will keep Bitcoin, I will start selling it with 10 500 dollars.

Back in the day, Vitalik once said that crypto will be going to zero. There has been many concerns about the longevity of cryptocurrency as a serious form of money, given that it's relatively unstable within the mainstream world. It's been 10 years since Bitcoin was created where crypto has had its ups and downs. However, many are afraid that crypto will be going to zero as the blockchain hype ends and governments start rolling their own digital currencies. When we take a look at most cryptocurrencies on the market, most of them aren't even useful at all. Perhaps, the only one is Bitcoin but it's terrible as a currency for daily transactions.

Which is why, I'm starting to wonder if crypto will really go to zero in the future? If this happens, then most of us will lose our hard-earned money as crypto becomes worthless. What are your thoughts? Huh
I think that cryptocurrencies will never go zero becsuse I think that many users are still have investments for cryptocurrency and I think that cryptocurrency is always developing something and creating something new that can help them to function forever. I hope that the people that have cryptocurrencies will still use it in the future because they need to help cryptocurrencies as cryptocurrency is helping them and I hope that cryptocurrency will take hold when something happened and I am sure that they are capable in holding on. I wish that cryptocurrency will never go zero because I still want to earn in this way.

This can only happen if maybe there is a big hit on the crypto space. But this will not likely happen all things being equal. We have passed the stage of crypto going back to zero.

I don't think that it is possible for crypto to go priceless in the near future especially there are a lot of people who uses it and learns how to use it, maybe those coins who no one knows about has a possibility to go zero but those coins in the top ranking will stay still where they are. I am not saying that it will last forever but I think until there is now action from the government that will hardly affect crypto, I think crypto will stil continue all of its operation.

Majority of existing coins including Bitcoin and Ethereum will inevitably "go to zero" sooner or later.

its impossible to see crypto to go zero as you can see so many adoption already happening and only fake crypto will go to zero but BTC and other top crypto will stay forever and lead the blockchain technology
I can't believe it will actually go forever, but it will last for next 5 years at least.
Moreover I think cryptocurrencies are the future of global currencies and they will remain in the market, but we can't know which one will be The one

Sustainability or the existence of crypto so far will not make it back to zero, but we do not know what technology will be in the future because as we know crypto is still difficult to be accepted by many people from various circles. So whatever will happen in the future I think everything is still uncertain, but if we only look at the history so far indeed, crypto will definitely be able to survive and have its own value and will not easily return to zero.

That's certainly true, mate. We do not know with certainty if another technology that's better than Blockchain, makes crypto go all the way to zero. As people always say, "nothing lasts forever". Bitcoin may have been successful since launch, but its future is highly unpredictable. Anything could happen from a full government crackdown into centralized exchanges to a 51% attack on the BTC blockchain. As long as crypto sees the approval of mainstream governments, while people continue to use it more thoroughly for daily payments, nothing should go wrong.

Nonetheless, haters or naysayers of crypto will say that crypto will go to zero in terms of price. I've seen this many times, yet crypto is still valuable and admired by people around the world. Blockchain technology has improved over the years, thanks to developers' efforts on the industry. With just 11 years of Bitcoin's inception, crypto has grown into a "force to reckon with" for people to recognize it as an alternative to existing Fiat. It'll hard for Bitcoin or any other prominent cryptocurrency to go to zero anytime soon since they're too big to fail. Small cryptocurrencies with no active development or real use cases for the mainstream world, will fail in the long run. As long as you invest wisely into battle-tested cryptocurrencies which provide usability above all else, your investment will last for a very long time. Just my thoughts Grin

Life itself is a risk but crypto has gotten so far to just end like that or go to zero like that. I think Crypto has gone so far to go zero and we have gained many recognitions to go zero so it's a false for Cryptocurrency to go zero. It's impossible and unreal no matter what. But let's play safe anyway.

Bitcoin will never be zero. There will come a time when Bitcoin will be the main currency of the world. One day the world will be ruled by Bitcoin. So there is no reason to worry. You can freely invest in Bitcoin. Just  My Opinion .

Exactly. Bitcoin has reached very far as a solid cryptocurrency admired by people worldwide. Its decentralized and open source design, allows people to use it freely without the fear of government intervention. In this sense, Bitcoin is a safe-haven asset against traditional Fiat. The fact that there will be a BTC block reward halving every 4 years, tells us that Bitcoin's price should go higher over the long term. It looks very unlikely that it'll go to zero in terms of price anytime soon, as it's too big to fail. The only way this would happen is if something disastrous takes place on the BTC blockchain (like a 51% attack, a wrongfully executed hard fork, etc). Additionally, governments would need to perform a full crackdown on the entire crypto industry where it's no longer possible to exchange Bitcoin to Fiat or vice versa. But their efforts will be in vain, as Bitcoin trades can still be conducted in-person or via a decentralized exchange.

Nonetheless, the only coins that will go to zero in price across the market, are such with very low development and lack of real use cases for the mainstream world. There are hundreds (if not thousands) of cryptocurrencies out there which are a copy of Bitcoin with no real innovation. They even carry silly names with them, showing us how "serious" developers are with them. In the end, prominent cryptocurrencies like Bitcoin, Ethereum, and Litecoin will retain their value while the rest will go down the drain. Everything will truly depend on how long people will continue to support these cryptocurrencies for mainstream payments. Just my opinion Smiley
