Elon's influence on Dogecoin has been huge ever since he started tweeting about Dogecoin on his Twitter account, but no one knows how much he holds Dogecoin. When he stopped tweeting about Dogecoin the price slowly dropped, I see the durability of Dogecoin is very dependent on Elon Musk. Dogecoin is a popular coin in cryptocurrency, but to stay at the highest price I'm no longer sure without Elon Musk.

Another popular opinions - dogecoin can survive without Elon Musk, because a lot of people has already bough it and now wait for pump. They will support the price as possible as they can. They will promote dogecoin or wont let it lose popularity. Even posting in this topic we are not letting dogecoin to disappear. As well as dogecoin being an old altcoin already. It has such a big trading volume and market cap so it can just die. Of course it will lose positions in the top, but it will always be in top50. Besides, dogecoin somehow survived for a long time before Elon Musk started to pay attention to it.

Dogecoin has been trying to grow up since last two years but it never achieve investors wishes because Dogecoin is a shitcoin with no value, I urge that those that are worthless be eliminated. No it won't. A lot of people are in on that because of elon backing it. It ran up way too high for no reason only way for it to go is down. It can't always go up 1000x. There is no real need for doge it's a joke that showed an example of what viral things can do. But they always go back to where they started.

Doge coin is the only meme coin that got a lot of attention from investors after Elon Musk promoted the coin, but even though the hype for Doge coin has faded but its price will still last because Doge coin has a large community and besides that currently several exchanges one by one started putting Doge coins into their platform so that it can help the price of Doge coins to stay afloat.

Dogecoin received lots of attention just because Elon Musk started promoting it, not just because it's a coin worth being traded. There was a period that when Musk made a single tweet, a rally would follow, driving prices upwards, with everyone panic buying just because Elon Musk said it. Dogecoin was already listed on many exchanges, however, it's not actually a huge deal.

it is definitely we can't see such massive growth of Dogecoin without Elon Musk's shilling but instead to see this coin almost shit/nothing as we know since before. But for now, I'm imagining the draining price of Dogecoin from day to day until it turns back from where it started. I'm not sure if there is someone who could be able to save from a huge decline and I'm not sure if Elon Musks will do the hypes again or if he could still be able to influence the market just like he did before.

Well, I think everyone is might thinking bad for Doge but we can't still be sure about its future. Let's see how it performed in the coming days.

That's certainly true, mate. But this time is different. If Elon Musk abandons Dogecoin, the project will have a hard time rising from the ground up. Price per coin will go down the drain faster than you could've ever imagined. As far as the core Blockchain goes, I don't think it'll be going anywhere soon. Dogecoin is one of the oldest cryptocurrencies in existence with strong community support. There's a large amount of miners and nodes supporting the network in every way. Price may go down, but the Blockchain will be alive and running as usual. I guess this is what matters above all else. I wouldn't worry about Elon Musk as long as Dogecoin has some loyal supporters behind it. Just my opinion

The survival of Dogecoin will be dependent on its merits, and not on the celebrities who promote it. From what I can see, Dogecoin has far lower acceptability when compared to coins that are much below it in terms of market cap, such as Litecoin, Bitcoin Cash, Monero and Ethereum Classic. The current spike is solely due to the hype generated by celebrities like Elon, and not really due to any noticeable increase in acceptability or adoption. And the problem with such hype is that it seldom lasts long.

Actually at first, after that big pump and dump on Dogecoin, I am really disappointed and also feel that Doge will not be able to pump again without the power of Elon Musk.
Elon has a very big influence on this coin, and after there is no tweet about DOge from him again, the price comes dropped and dropped again and again.

Actually we don't know for sure what will happen to Doge coin in the future but I see Doge coin is almost like Bitcoin which does not have a team and only has a blockchain and wallet system but the community of Doge coin is very large so I believe that without Elon alone this coin will continue to survive in the future and will continue to get good prices following the chart of Bitcoin.
