I really hope and think so. I think ETH has so many projects using it and it has a lot of attention right now. I think it will be profitable for the next couple of years.
There are so many buzz and noise going around Ethereum lately. It gained some considerable value, which it has not shown in the past months. I think people are beginning to be hopeful that it could again regain its power, because at one point, it was the second most popular and powerful cryptocurrency around, second only to bitcoin. Also, it has proven how reliable it is many times over, which is somewhat a safe bet for people in the cryptocurrency world.
Is there any chance that Ethereum will cost as much as Bitcoin in 2018?
in this year, it will be impossible for ETH to defeat btc in such a shor time, you should stop dreaming those crazy ideas, ETH and BTC are both different platform that dont have much relatives, so when we compared ETH to btc, the supply of ETH is too much that it will not suitable to compared, but even in the future, btc will never be defeated by ETH.
Bitcoin is the mother of all cryptocurrency, the familiarity, potential and demand is always high for it.
Ethereum is the king of altcoins and has good potential over all the all altcoins, the potential, market cap and demand is good compared to any other altcoins.
Bitcoin is in a next level of growth and Ethereum is the next level of growth in altcoins. May be some altcoins could reach or overtake Ethereum but Ethereum cannot beat Bitcoin anytime.

increase in proportion to the increase in the ETH bitcoin. though ETH can be said to altcoin an already perfect but if price increases in a market still dependent on bitcoin, if like this then it is impossible for the ETH to rival the bitcoin. but many believe that in the future the ETH can reach high prices as well although not synonymous with bitcoin.

I believe not, It can beat other altcoin but not bitcoin, I think bitcoin has many supporter than eth and also almost altcoin holders are also holding bitcoin because many believe that Bitcoin is a sure profit.
ETH has the chance to take over bitcoin someday, not just eth but mostly every other alts as well. ETH is always next in line when it comes to crypto and transaction is easier with eth. I think eth will have much more chances if demand will increase by having more exchange to cash in most country just like btc.
The fact is that ethereum can not beat bitcoin because the bitcoin market is used by many people, where long-term investment is safe and considered a valuable asset. Bitcoin is still here and it is still evolving it will still be the top coin.
This is a question we keep hearing since ethereum took over alt coin market . Ethereum is one of a kind and it’s more than a random alt coin. It’s base for most of new comer alt coins. It grew a lot last year and that increased the expectations. People naturally thought it’s gonna rich even better numbers this year. I think it will be very good after this crash ends but i don’t think it will be enough to beat bitcoin.

many coins are racing to develop their respective technologies but I think that's impossible, like eth although its smartcontract technology is very good it can not be used as a benchmark to offset bitcoin, I do not think anyone can beat bitcoin.
No I don’t think it is happening. As long as Bitcoin is still here and it is still progressing it will remain the top coin, so if there will be rumors about Bitcoin dissloving then that would be the time I would agree Ethereum beating Bitcoin.
I respect your opinion but as we can see the value of BTC and ETH is not that far maybe this year ETH will surpass it.
So much equal this year will not work. But I think in a couple of years we will see just this, I think that the Etherium will even overtake Bitcoin, he only needs time for this.

I think ethereum can not beat bitcoin, especially in 2018. Bitcoin will still be the best and be the top choice.
Maybe somday it will happen but dont think in near future we have so much way to go and dont think it will happened soon ,so much people know about BTC but not crypto and alts so ,not soon.
