Its really hard to predict the prices of coin especially someone in the market are manipulating the prices. I don't think it will be 1500 by EOY, but yes it could reach to $1k. Current market is very bearish and ETH is not gaining any momentum even when BTC rises. RSI is at very low right now and still investors not showing much interest. But I think once ETH devs deliver on there promises and improve the transactions per second, it will rise in price very quickly.
