Seeing post is more than 3 years ago reaching 0.25 can be a long road for ltc as at that time bitcoin wasn't worth 2500$ so 0.25 btc would surely look achievable but fortunately bitcoin is still not stuck at the 200$ price mark and reaching 0.25 btc will still surely be a dream or a long term goal.

Nah. 0.25 BTC means LTC having approximately equal marketcap as Bitcoin. Won't happen.
It depend on the baby money cash flow to the market. Lot's of scam icos right now getting money and innovative coins like litecoin being looked over, but slow growth to 0.25 is almost certain, don't expect it to moon over night
0.25 bitcoin for sure will happen in the next few years but this year or maybe next year I think thats not happen. I think the price od litecoin before end of this year 2017 maybe around 100 -300 dollars and I hope it will happen. More litecoin more money to come for sure so its better to buy litecoin now with low price and hold it. But we dont know whatis the futur3 of litevoin butI hope the price will become brighter and brighter.

Maybe but we need more to reach that because 0.25 bitcoin is very big I think next year or 2 years litecoin will reach that price but as of now the price pf litecoin possible to reach will be 0.1 bitcoin I hope it will happen before the end of this year 2017. More litecoin more money to come so what are you waiting for buy litecoin now and enjoy the profit later . Just hold and keep it your litecoin so you can make a lot of profit.
No it will not if LTC went to that price that would be about a 20x multiplier from current price, that is simply awesome, and way too unbelievable.
When Bitcoin ultimately rejects SegWit and it's exposed as garbage code. Litecoin will take the "Mother of all Hits."
If Bitcoin rejects segwit it will be because of political reasons, philosophical feelings or in some cases people actually believe you can have an unlimited blocksize on a decentralized network. The code has been vetted, tested and is well written. Not sure why anyone would suggest otherwise. If you reject segwit fine; but, dismissing the code seems somewhat disingenuous. It's good code.
That said it remains unknown what will happen to bitcoin. If two chains emerge value might split down the middle or some variation of percentages. The summed value might be far less than the current total. Definitely, some value might transfer to other coins. We will find out soon enough.
litecoin will hit $100 USD mark my words
My personal gut feel is that due to having higher liquidity than BTC, and a much shorter block time, is that it might be worth up to a 16th of a BTC rather than a quarter. It's kind of about how fast money can move through it. Hypothetically to move a million USD through BTC you need to own the coins for an hourish, but 10 people can move a million through LTC in that time.
Anyway, because of that, I feel that LTC price should be supportable long term at 0.0625, strong use cases could make it 0.125, but over that I feel will be pure speculative bubbliness.

LTC getting that high sound too skeptical for me too. LTC has not moved from 0.03 since so long. People are getting their money into BTC on priority and then second most investment is going into Ethereum. LTC is getting invested but it is not following right path to get that much hike as others have got. Instead of that there are some coins which are even better at getting market capitalisation as compared to LTC. So the question is whether LTC will be able to sustain its market in the future or not. What if another coins takes over as well know commodity in the market? The LTC will get more depressed by that action leaving behind no stains of its existence. This is just imaginative discussion on the basis of current behaviour of LTC. World can turn upside down anytime.

0.25 btc? . I think there is no strong reason for reaching like ethereum got erc20 like some strong reason just fast will not make too much difference.
Bitcoin has much more of a use when compared to Litecoin. LTC doesn't have that many people wanting to use it because the people that go into LTC usually just want to exchange their coins into Bitcoin. If Litecoin had major stores wanting to accept it along with Bitcoin then it would have some use to it.

Litecoin is acclaimed as first coin to apply Segwit and this addition made a sudden surge in coin price. It is not exaggeration to list LTC as one of the top 4 cryptocurrencies at the moment.
Yes, there is possibility Litecoin could reach that high in year or so but most important thing is interest of investors. Many new promising coins entered top 20 at coinmarketcap recently and maybe possible that investors move to these coins than retro ones.
