the main reason ripple cannot increase until $5 because the total of supply is too much.

Now I do not believe in it. But last year, I thought it was possible, and that ripple would cost at least $ 5 a coin. This year the situation on the market has changed a lot.
We have to agree that Ripple superior technology makes it an excellent candidate to replace the antiquated SWIFT system, resulting in more and more banks getting on board the Ripple train. Over and above, there have been rumors that Coinbase, the famous cryptocurrency exchange, is planning on adding Ripple to its list of tradable coins come mid-2018. Should these rumors be true, this would make Ripple more accessible to public investors, which should increase its adoption rate. Hence, $5 or even close to $7 dollars is a fair XRP price prediction.
It is still possibly reach $5 but i think it will never goes above $5 but takes years to reach that price. Ripple have good partnership and very welcome to goverment and bankers because ripple is not totally decentralised currencies. The total supply 100 billion which makes it very hard to reach above $5.
I'm not so sure Ripple (XRP) can break the $ 5 price. the price is too far to be achieved, although the price development of the ripple (XRP) is quite satisfactory but to reach that price the ripple takes a long time
Ripple may reach its all time high again but bitcoin will have to go back to 20k again and eth will have to hit 1500 for this to happen.
When it happens, it will probably be totally unrelated to BTC and ETH price

I know this is an old thread, but yes, I'm very confident that XRP will hit $5, even though it has now fallen back well below $1.
The potential use case is huge, and much closer to realisation than pretty much everything else in crypto. Just follow the ongoing developments, particularly with the xRapid product. $5 will arrive sooner than many people think.

I think you should not loose hope on ripple as it will rise someday, it might take longer than expected but it will rise and reach that price. Maybe when the market recover and bitcoin begins to go up, then the price of ripple will also move up but it is good to still hold.
let me guess. you were one of the guys that got pawned by cnbc fast money. the whole poloniex/ripple scandal. yea itll go up, but youre in the water now. better hope to god, that them koreans are still in love with xrp. there was so much arbitrage in the market during that run up. + since bcash got listed on coinbase, there was speculation ripple was next. unless some big buzz like that happens, its going to be a long waiting game. o yea, the koreans. they were having explosions in the pants over ripple, but they have weak hands. they are definitely a catalyst for movement in volume. dont feel bad, im sitting in shallow water for ICX right now. just HODLHODL

Ripple has, the more supply in the market, It's too strong crypto as like reference, it's in the top 3 crypto in the market even his price has now been under 1$, but I am sure xrp will increase soon when bitcoin price will increase again, maybe by the end of this year we can see it increase to 5$ or maybe a bit more.

I think the Ripple coin reaches the $ 5 price by the end of 2019. Yes, I think the 2019 Ripple coin will be ahead from now. To me $5 doesn’t make sense , at least not for near future. If we consider market cap it’s unlikely but we should also remember everything is possible in the crypto. We could wake up one day and see ripple $5,If the overall crypto cap goes up, expect $5 end of year.

Relax man i have invest in Ripple just as close as you did and yes this is back when the Korean's were crazy about it. As i read through with the community and forecast yes there is a big possibility for Ripple to reach the set all time high. BE VERY PATIENT this coins in one of the sleeping giant it proved it once and im pretty sure it will be awaken again.
