We thought that this will happen, but forget about them. Now IEO is on the rise. Soon we will see a next rally which exchange will offer better token sale. VeriBloc was sold in 10 seconds, after Binance few successful token sales, Bittrex decided they also didn´t want to miss the train.

No, I do not think that we have finally moved away from the ICO because now I understand that a huge number of people still will not refuse the usual ICO, because there it is much more profitable to collect funds than at STO or somewhere else.
ICOs are in a very bad status compared to previous years. Even yesterday there was topic that 'deposited money to ICOs reduced 5800%'. This is a big difference, and can be seen easily.

I think that right now we are moving towards another funds collecting method and I am speaking about IEOs. I hope we would finally find a good structure where everybody will get a chance to purchase those tokens and to get profit.

IEO had been around for a while, it is not new.  Many coins had used exchange as platform for their crowdfunding, some were still here, while others where already forgotten.  No matter how it evolves its name, it is still crowdfunding and scammers are exploiting this kind of system.  It is nice to see a system where developers and project owners are fully identified and required to process legal documents regarding fund collection so that investors are protected.

indeed, to be able to participate in a number of projects you can find in several exchanges that hold IEOs, from there maybe a little success is guaranteed because all team security and projects offered must be really potential and much needed by many people to make the price expensive and does not make the name of the exchange place not good.

So far, ICO (initial Coin Offering) Is the most used crowdfunding by the projects. Well, now probably ICO still becomes the most popular.
However, it doesn't limit the other systems such as STO to be applied. STO also offers some benefits that lead this process of crowdfunding becomes more interesting, trusted, and also secure to avoid the scammers.

I don't think the era will change from ICO since there will be so many new  ICOs especially today, and there is a new kind of token offering which named IEO and its held by the exchange.
STO is done and it's over, OP doesn't know what he was talking about. We have so many solutions to invest in ICO through IEO. STO already disappeared and no one interesting used the name of STO again. it's such a fail rebrand from ico because most of STO claimed they already registered but the fact they are not.

It might change because people are not anymore interested in ICOs since so many of them are scam. Let's see if STO can offer them some kind of advantage and stop scammers from opening so much useless projects. Honestly I dont see any big difference between them so STO will die a lot sooner than ICO did

Adding desico on your list has ruin the total list because desico project is very tricky and not straight forward ,they have been unfair with bounty hunters in the past so I don't trust them ,even just because they've switched to STO doesn't mean they are clean I'm better off with IEO this days

Despite the fact that the Securities Initial Offering (STO)  is a more sophisticated and legalized form of crowdfunding compared to Initial Coin Offering (ICO), I think both methods will continue to function. Mainly institutional investors will invest in the STOs, and all other participants of the cryptocurrency market, including those who want to preserve their anonymity, will invest in ICO projects.

Security Token Offerings (STOs) have arrived but are yet to really hit the mainstream because Initial Exchange Offerings (IEOs) are quickly starting to win over some of the crowd funding market share, however this won't mean the demise of ICOs as they will still be used for certain applications especially where utility tokens are concerned or where less restrictions on who can participate are an advantage

Yes and we are currently already moving towards the STO paradigm. Investors have more trust to STOs, because as far as I know there are not so many security token offerings that ended up as a scam project.

I am pretty sure that STOs will replace ICOs. We have searched for a method that could protect crypto currencies investors from taking part in scam projects and STOs are finally allowing such an option for all participants.

I think sto will bring more trust to crypto because investors will feel like they are part of the projects that they've invested in. Projects like vaultbank, tap, tzero etc sell security tokens and they're doing pretty well
It's not about STO.. it's about public sale. I wish I could buy tapn but unfortunately the tokens are being sold privately. After their partnership with brave people got crazy about it but they cannot profit from it. Anyways I tend to agree with you!

Basically both ICOs and STOs will continue to exist as times goes on. Not all company will offer a ST20 depending on the companies project model. Not all offering will be a security so since there will exist utility tokens, ICO will continue to exist

It is highly likely. A token that combines both may become mainstream.

It is easy to take an ICO and take responsibility STO.
Which do investors trust?
I also think like you. Now there are too many scam projects. Investors are hard to trust to invest in ICO. If I combine both, I think it will increase confidence for investors

I am honestly really excited to see how these play out in the long run. I think STOs will be successful especially Polymath's platform seems ideal for investors
