it seems like that could happen because right now there is good news supporting the increase in ethereum prices, hopefully hardfork ethereum can make ethereum prices very expensive this year.
With a few days left on the line I don't think that the price will likely to reach $300 this year, It would reach 300 on the month of Janury if the uprise would still continue, if the pump is continuous up until January or even February then the pricr of ETH would go even further, don't set the goal on $300 before the year ends, go for an even better goal.
If the market situation continues like this then definitely the price of ETH will surely increase in the market. Still, there are 7 days left in this year which seems almost bullish in the market. We have to wait and see how much

$300 is more than double of current ETH price so a bit high to expect in just 8 days. It is more likely to happen sometime in coming January.
In my opinion etherium will likely to bounce back maybe next year because of its downfall in this year 2018 , its recovery state is low compare to bitcoin , that is even if its value goes dip once it recovers and biunce back again it almost reach the peak. Maybe it will reach $300 but not in the end of 2018 but in the mid of 2019.

It is true that everything is possible on the cryptocurrency market, but not during the Christmas time. Now most people think about shopping for gifts, not buying cryptocurrencies. If the Ethereum price rises to $300, then it will be around mid-January at the earliest.
I would rather say... with Ethereum reach $500 before end of 2018... did you see the tweets? If the present trend should continue, it might increase beyond that. Which also means that 2019 is more promising.
Well we are already at the end of 2018 if I am right, we have about only one week for this year to end, although the crypto market works like magic and cannot be pedicted, but let us say, maybe $200 at the end.
it is not possible in the current market. Price bounce should cause by new money source for ico or a very good news for ethereum itself.
I think it has all chances. Today the growth wasn't enoush big. My view is that Ethereum can easily show us a small bullrun before it's hardfork in January. It's a good time to hold it now.
i don't think so. it's only one week remaining until the end of 2018. i think it will reach $300 in the next year, but for the end of the year i think it's only $180 - $250. i believe in ETH, i hold so much ETH from this year.

The event we look for is within this month not by January. Yes you right, chances is pretty small cause it only days we have before we end this year and market never shows huge improvement. We aren't losing our hope but I may think that's the reality for now. Let's hope a great things happened around early next year. 
if I look at the graph of the current increase in ETH prices that really follows the price of BTC, I find it very difficult to reach the price of $ 300 at the end of 2018, but all that can happen with a massive pump at the end of the year, hopefully it will be able to return the money lost

Not this year, but probably a bit later this will happen. Man, I am definitely sure that ethereum has a big potential for growth,so there might be an increase in value
It's difficult to predict if the price of ethereum can hit 300$ this year, I mean the year is almost ended, like 8-9days more but still anything can happen. Ethereum price is 131$ as at today so its possible to hit that amount at the end of 2018.
