there's a huge wall at around $5800 so it's slightly unlikely to go lower than $5800 short-term.

Agreed here. At 5800 there is strong support. I think that if we break this level, then we will drop to 5000 easily imo. As it was said earlier, I'm also not an expert in trading.

No one knows exactly what will happen to the markets. Just my opinion though, there's a huge wall at around $5800 so it's slightly unlikely to go lower than $5800 short-term. Take my opinion lightly, I'm a trading noob.

I think you're posting this in the wrong board. So move this topic to the Bitcoin discussion board, without starting another Mega Thread in B&H section.

Will bitcoin prices continue to fall?
this situation makes me hesitant, I have to sell or keep holding it back. because of the uncertain market conditions, I have to think wisely. give your best advice
I think the price will stag or continue to down until SEC announced ETF decision in 30th September.
So if you go for long term investment, you can hold until ETF. Because if SEC had announced ETF decision, most likely the price will rise. Then you can decide whether you want to sell or want to hold again later.
Good luck for you buddy.

This question, perhaps, has two answers.

First is rather simple. Will it go down or will it go up - is like heads or tails, and u can just guess and believe in dat what you want.

Second is some deeper.

There are a lot of factors that affect any prices in the world. Studying these factors is a whole science.

However, somebody can simply believe in the theory of conspiracy and spend all his life looking for a source of insider information.

May the Force be with you.

the price will go up or down!  Grin
look at this: https://www.turtlebc.com/tools/buy_percentage?period=3years

surely noone can tell you what to do, you must make your own decisions or you'll sooner or later lose your money. in general, btc will definitely go up, and some people say due to this "mining cost" that it won't drop below $5800.
