I think bitcoin is past the skepticism around it's survival, we recently passed the ten year anniversary if the bitcoin whitepaper and it has grown and matured as a currency over that time.

I invested in crypto late 2017 and just don't feel like selling currently  Undecided

Well no one would want to sell for a loss.
It's rather unlucky you bought at the peak.
But there is so much potential for growth, but you have to Hodl to benefit.

Many people have predicted that we will soon witness the fall of Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies despite the fact that they are strongly holding up in the stock market. In light of the new developments in technology, is it safe to assume that the sudden interests in immersive technologies is the boost needed to make Bitcoin and other virtual currencies the future of finance?
Many people predicted that we will soon see the fall of bitcoin? You're probably talking about those people who were predicting that bitcoin is doomed when it was 200$ each... And no technology, no positive news, nothing can push the bitcoin up now, it depends only on the technicals and as long as there is no good setup from the chart, we'll not see any bigger changes neither to up side nor down side. Tone Vays has some good videos about all this stuff, here's the link to his channel: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCbiWJYRg8luWHnmNkJRZEnw

Will watch the video but I def have to ask: Don't you really think that more people will get acquainted to Bitcoin as everything is becoming digitized? Because it sure feels like it!
