That's the dream but the chances of that happening is almost zero, the big gambling sites are already profiting from their traditional currency based system, i don't see any reason then diverting into the cryptocurrency system unless the industry achieve world wide adoption which isn't happening anything soon. Majority or all of the online gambling site can only be cryptocurrency based if currency like bitcoin gets recognized as a whole currency. So until we have achieved that goal, this is just impossible.
Probably it will happen but it takes time to that dreams could be true. Well, as I noticed that the companies who are continuing emerging now are these gambling sites. The number of companies that still growing right now is in the gambling industry. I have a doubt that all online gambling companies will only accept cryptocurrency because it is easy and reliable to use. Crypto is still in it's early stage and developing. We don't know it's actual potential yet. Maybe we could have something different from what we call crypto or what we call fiat that could be the defacto money in the future. For current time, crypto gambling are getting more and more popular.

I would want to see that one day but the truth is that it's unlikely. There are still a lot of online fiat casinos that exists today and we don't even know if they will start to adopt cryptocurrencies and accept it as their currency too.

Agreed, and gambling industry is very big. It considers all category of people which means users who love cryptocurrency, people who doesn't want to use cryptocurrency for gambling and other needs. This means we cannot make a person into compulsion, which might end the gambling habit of the gambler. The gambling network is always in need of more and more common people using their services. I doubt it, for that to happen we will need for bitcoin to become the most dominant currency around the world, and while that possibility cannot be discarded I really doubt that governments are ever going to stop printing their own currencies since it gives to them too much unilateral power over people and their futures, however if bitcoin becomes big enough then I do not see why we could not reach a point in time in which every big casino has to accept bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies if they want to remain profitable.
I agree but it's not even about Bitcoin been the dominating currency but on what will happen to countries where cryptocurrency are banned.Or else if the casino refuse to register their company or get a licence for it (which is not a good idea for authenticity) ;it cannot work.

There will never be all sites avoiding FIAT because more then ever in future people will have excess FIAT to spend and use. I'm quite certain we will see a generation of inflation and excess money, you can see this will happen by the mountains of debt surrounding most people in most countries. The debt is not repayable except by continually throwing out new cash to issue a lower rate of worth in repayment of the debt, its a trick continually repeated.
Governments may have all sorts of rules and regulations but the biggest motivator for them is like most people, to stay alive. Too much debt and they will go broke, this excess money is there only chance not to screw up in the vast majority of cases of nations with large debt. We can be sure there will many places using FIAT for a long time because the money itself is going to be plentiful and worth much less every year.

It's possible if the government will wish to. However, this scenario is less likely to happen since government is not a fan of online gambling since it's very hard to monitor although it's crypto based. Transaction in crypto is transparent and irreversable however it's impossible to identify who's the real person involved in thar transaction in which it limits the scope of watchers in determining the identity of a person who is involved in any shady activity. I think stricting and regulating mixers should be their first step before considering this.And Cryptocurrency games are more transparent.

Many governments don't really have problems with online gambling. There are lots of fiat based online gambling registered and regulated by governments. I think what most governments will have hard time accepting are gamblings based on cryptocurrency.

When you using fiat in online gambling most probably they are asking KYC or it will be linked to your bank account which is not good because it might be the reason for blocking your bank account to the bank. Cryptocurrency will be the currency of the future and so there is no other way for online gambling sites to develop but within the bounds of cryptocurrency. I think offline gambling and crypto gambling will still operate separate because people will choose what they think is easy for them to playing gambling. For people who are involved in the cryptocurrency, they will think that it will be easy for them to use cryptocurrency to play gambling. As long as the fiat still be used as the payment, the offline gambling will still exist and will attract more people to come, and that will happen too with the cryptocurrency. Both offline gambling and crypto gambling will run by itself.

It will never happen, most people continue to use government currency and it will stay like that. Crypto will always be a minority. I think people become too blinded by what average people do when they spend time on a niche forum like this one.

They are not going to take away the fist I have seen gambling site that offers fiat and Cryptocurrency deposits, gambling sites will do everything to attract and make their site appealing to every sector of gamblers, they will not want to leave one big sector because they will lose a lot and their gambling site will not be competitive.
