Yes it is happening already. Because of the fact that the gamblers want to hide their personal information to these sites that is why they are gambling in the sites where cryptocurrency is being used as a currency to gamble. Even me I don't want to share any of my personal information to people I don't know.

I think many are moving towards the blockchain technology just to have it more efficient and uniform with every other advanced online casinos which still operate under fiat.
The banks are following suit and migrating to use blockchain technology too from many news sites mentioning this in the European union and around the world.
So it will soon be either integrate the blockchain into your businesses model or be out of loop sooner or later.

It's possible if the government will wish to. However, this scenario is less likely to happen since government is not a fan of online gambling since it's very hard to monitor although it's crypto based. Transaction in crypto is transparent and irreversable however it's impossible to identify who's the real person involved in thar transaction in which it limits the scope of watchers in determining the identity of a person who is involved in any shady activity. I think stricting and regulating mixers should be their first step before considering this.

Not only for the common people, but there are also those who choose to just gamble in fiat, since they find it easier or they get used to. I have seen a lot of people who engaged into an online gambling who knew about crypto yet they still choose to gamble with fiat most of the time, though they casually gamble with crypto as well. Common reasons would be, Bitcoin's high volatility, legalizations, and other government issues.

Maybe what you need to ask is “would Gambling Fiat Based will adopt cryptocurrency “ as well,then I think the probability is there because both Fiat and Crypto will have same functions to serve gamblers

as long as fiat exist, No. but maybe a majority will be cryptocurrency based which I think is still a long shot. but since
for me using cryptocurrency to gamble would be more practical to use than to deposit using fiat also when using cryptocurrency
you have more option on what gambling site to play on.

Yes but we all know that not everyone will prefer or use crypto right? There are still gamblers out there who still like to play using fiat. Most probably, they're more comfortable with it or just a lack of knowledge how to use the other. However, there are some advantages of crypto against fiat such as the KYC. I mean, it will not require too personal questions or even won't require such at all. If they realize that, then the chance that all online gambling sites of using crypto will surely be possible.
