At bitcoin's present state, it would be hard to accept it as salary, considering how volatile the price can be. Imagine receiving your salary today and the price suddenly drops by 10%. It is surely not nice to have a salary that fluctuates every so often.

In Europe there is a hot new pertaining to a company whose going to introduce paying bitcoins to their employees. But given the instability of the bitcoins market value is it an advantage for the employees or an disadvantage. I don't know, because i am using bitcoin for gambling only, to make purchases on physical shop i need to change my country first, but i am not ready for it.

Really dude? you want to receive a salary bitcoin? because I think employees should be given the right to choose, but it is different if it is required by the country and there are laws that regulate the salaries of employees should be in the form of bitcoin. Because according to me for bitcoin is still not widely accepted by society bitcoin prices tend to be unstable. Do you have a debit card or credit car? if yes then you are able to spend them easily, go to cex.io exchange or any other exchange where you can transfer your bitcoin to your debit/credit card and can easily spend it for your daily needs.

I don't think much people are actually getting their salary in bitcoin because of many reason but these 2 are main : They need money for daily need while bitcoins cant be spent, and other reason the boss might not agree to pay in btc.

In your case bitcoin as payment is really a good option. You get no tax and easily gets your salary rather than having it in fiat. Tax would be the issue which bitcoin can defeat.

Is this true?? . I think your employer has been very update in the latest technology, it proved that you can get your paycheck by using bitcoin from your work. This is a good thing, because if everyone using bitcoin as currency for all transactions is definitely the future of bitcoin will be better than now
