We are not the same but for me i want to receive my salary as bitcoin if if we are always relay in the present price of bitcoin..
Also after i receive bitcoin i can convert it fast in fiat here in my country..

Yeah, I guess it does not matter if the price of bitcoin stable. But what if you lost quickly with the movement of bitcoin prices continue to fall when you are already receiving a salary. And although it was only a few dollars but harm, right? I think bitcoin is not ready if used as the pay system for employees.

Nope, i don't like to exchange my salary into fiat everytime, cause in my country bitcoin is still not accpeted and i am still wating for it, but i think it will not happen.

Me too I don't want to accept my salary for bitcoin because for me that is going to be risky at all and also here in my country the use of bitcoin is just limited. But if our country is going to be one of the most consumer of bitcoin then I am going to accept bitcoin as salary. Even it is going to be risky as long as there are stores that are going to accept then I am willing.

accepting bitcoin for my salary is way too much risky i can not take that much risk just for a little profit but if i go for trading with bitcoin the it can be much profitable than this

What about if you could get a small part of your salary in Bitcoin?
There is a company called PEY in Hannover Germany who offers such service.
And I know a few guys who are using it to receive a small part of their monthly income in BTC.

There is no need for such a service when you can simply do it yourself. When you receive your salary in your bank account, then use a certain percentage good for you to buy Bitcoin with. It's that simple. I have done this exact thing for more than a year.

The trading cost some money.

It is better for your employer to pay you directly with the bitcoin and you save the trading fee and hassle.

First of all, employers don't want to deal with paying just one of their hundred employees with Bitcoin. That's what I consider to be a real hassle. Secondly, you only need to execute 1 buy order, and the 0.2% fee won't harm you at all. For example, you convert 10% of your salary to Bitcoin (let's say you have an income of $3000 per month), then 0.2% of $300 is $0.60!! It's peanuts.

A big YES!  I will accept it as a salary.  It would not be a problem since we have here a licensed bitcoin wallet.  It has all the services needed from loading prepaid cards to school tuition fees.  It has been partnered with almost all bank here in our country.  The only problem is I will not be able to have my salary in full as encashing it has fees on it.
is it true bitcoin began to be received in many institutions in your country or in the bank? I think it needs a lot of consideration to receive salary payments with bitcoin? one of them is bitcoin is it can be used to pay in daily life? maybe if bitcoin already meet it. I'll start to consider it

We can afford to accept salary in bitcoin only if there are many places to spend it or to buy basic stuffs with it but if we have to convert to fiat and spend then it will not serve the purpose.
yes that is right to say, but there are so many people who are just converting their salary from fiat to bitcoin, so if these people receive their salary in bitcoin directly it will be good for them. as these people do not use their salaries for shopping or buying other things, these people have some other business from where they fulfill their needs and deposit their salaries totally in bitcoin,
The big problem about getting paid with bitcoin is how the boss or companie will pay the tax? There is a big wall around those for sure, bitcoin inst taxed as i know, besides that i wont accept bitcoin as i will need to convert it into fiat to pay bills, i dont know any companie accepting bitcoin at the moment.

No I will never accept bitcoin as a salary, as I am having a good job which is paying me descent and fixed income and for me bitcoin is always good as an extra, as I cannot afford to quit my job for bitcoins.
you don't have to quit your job to get paid in bitcoin. you just have to convince your boss to pay you in bitcoin, which might not be so easy after all.

what is risky in this? even you are saying that trading can be good then why not accepting salary? if you are working in a company which paying you 500$ monthly, and if they decide to pay you 1bitcoin every month . it is even better in my opinion. if I get a chance like that I would probably do that.

Yeah it was too risk with bitcoin prices fluctuating. What will happen if you receive a salary in the form of bitcoin and bitcoin prices down? What would you do? would not that be a great loss.

If the price of bitcoin goes higher in future then I think I may go for it but with current price I don't think its affordable to accept in bitcoins as if price goes even lower then it would not help in better living.
The value of Bitcoin shouldn't really matter just because of the price, you're still getting the same dollar amount one way or the other. It's the volatility that really matters when you have to think about it, and I can kind of see the volatility being less when the value of Bitcoin is higher. The value of Bitcoin wouldn't affect your dollar value, you either just get more or less bitcoin, depending on what the value is at.
