I will like it when btc is cheap, so I can get rather more btc. I don't like it when btc is expensive, so i could get a few coins.

That's the risk you have to take when you decide to accept Bitcoin as your salary, you just have to keep trusting on Bitcoin so you won't regret later.

The price instability keeps some people away, but it is advantageous to traders and speculators.
There would be more adoption if there was less volatility though.

yes i will like to accept it, although there is not a single shop in our are who are accepting bitcoin but still i am welling to accept my salary in bitcoin and the reason is that i already convert my whole salary to bitcoin for investment therefore it will be better for me if i receive my salary in bitcoin.

If the fluctuation is still happening now in our time, And in your case you accept it as your own salary through bitcoin in fact you already did, right? What if your salary is 0.4btc base on the price we had now, then your salary day is next week but all of a sudden the price of Bitcoin immediately down to 300$ on the day of your salary day, will that be okay with you?  Huh

In Europe there is a hot new pertaining to a company whose going to introduce paying bitcoins to their employees. But given the instability of the bitcoins market value is it an advantage for the employees or an disadvantage. In my opinion this kind of payment for salary is not yet beneficial to employees not until bitcoins price has become stabled. Though if bitcoin will start to increase its monetary value it can be advantageuos but if not then it is a peril to the employees. So what do you think, what is your opinion on this matter?

if i would get a chance to choose, i would accept it for sure as bitcoins price would be really good them, so it wouldn't fall very fast so it would be awesome for me

of course i am accept it why not?
About the instability price is not problem
we can sell it since we've got it so the price up or down not too much
or we can hold it and sell it until the price to the moon
Everybody have a different perception about it, like me in my opinions it is possible waiting for a long time ago like you said maybe it's not a problem if the price is just up or down.

Accepting Bitcoin as my salary will be great if there's no need for me to convert Bitcoin to Fiat since Fiat is accepted in every place in my Country, next is credit card and debit card. If I convert from Bitcoin to Fiat, there will be deductions and before it reaches my wallet its already shaved with a few $$ now hows that for accepting Bitcoin as a salary.

Yes i would accept bitcoin as my salary. bitcoin has so many advantages its also in demmand now . and you can save your bitcoins on your wallet only no need to go to banks ( unless you are about to withdraw lol ). and another thing when you convert it to $ or any currency just wait for it to raise its value .

True that bitcoin has so many advantages, But I think you don't see the disadvantages of it once this one is being apply in the employee.
I'm not against in this because I'm also a bitcoin enthusiast, of course I am also looking in the side of the employee not in our side only.

A big YES!  I will accept it as a salary.  It would not be a problem since we have here a licensed bitcoin wallet.  It has all the services needed from loading prepaid cards to school tuition fees.  It has been partnered with almost all bank here in our country.  The only problem is I will not be able to have my salary in full as encashing it has fees on it.

I agree, that is what i don't like also in bitcoin. And you can't spend it also if you don't convert it to fiat first. You must pay a fee everytime you convert it to fiat. Only few stores accepts bitcoin directly as payment. But i hope someday that bitcoin will be well known and more stores will accept bitcoin as payment.

Actually there is a way to not pay that fee. What you should do is to find someone who wants to buy Bitcoin and sell your coins to that person for the price which is average between the BUY PRICE and the SELL PRICE. Thus both of you will be benefited. I personally do this all the time.

Yes with more and more business allowing Bitcoin as a payment, it's making it easier to use.
yeah if more merchants or others people accept bitcoin and use bitcoin as a payment option and direct them we can use bitcoin to pay for
daily needs. I think a lot more people will adopt bitcoin and use bitcoin as their currency and accept bitcoin as their salary?

I think some people are missing the entire point of Bitcoin in this thread alone.

One of the qualities of Bitcoin is the ability for a user to remain anonymous (anyone's basic right) and the paradigm that perhaps one day it could replace the entire global currency system. By dumping it straight back to US Dollars or your local currency; you've put a name to an address, as well as demonstrating that you are not interested in using it for products/services as is.

I've done a fair amount of paid work for Bitcoin and various other cryptocurrencies; either through implementation of services as per client requests, fixing bugs or 'bounties' as well as general 'development work required' type positions.

While not the fault of Bitcoin, it does get rough having worked several weeks in a row on a project, where money does start to get tight and money will not be sent until completion of the work as a whole (as opposed to a general salary job), usually in addition to general day job.

A lot of people have fleeced a lot of people too; which does make companies nervous, but for most of the part i've found businesses and individuals alike to be trustworthy. Most of the time where someone does not have best interests at heart, they will slip up or 'obvious behaviour' will give them up.

Yes thats the main problem of getting the salary in bitcoin that converting to fiat and withdrawal of them to cash would cost you the fee every time.
And we have to do it quiet regularily because we cannot use bitcoin in our day to day life like buying something from stores and all other things in the real world. So for me i would prefer my salary to be paid in fiat rather than in bitcoin.

I'll take any form of payment as my salary as long as its easily convertible into cash.
I'll take precious metals, cryptos, precious gems, cars, art anything of value really that's easy to turn around and sell.

That is good if you can spend your bitcoin in different stores or bitcoin is already accepted in your country which anywhere bitcoin stores are available, but for me i do not what to received my salary in bitcoin because the fluctuation of price has a big effect on your net pay no consistency.

accepting bitcoin as a payment mode is somehow 1% risky but accepting a risky stuffs in place of my salary can be very dangerious becuse it is my living and death case if btc price falls i can lose a lot of my salary in that

As i think of it, arent we signature campaign participant already accepting bitcoin as salary?  So how does it affect your earning?  Any input on how it help you or not help you because you accept bitcoin as salary? As for me it really adds up to my financial needs.  Jobs that give bitcoin as salary enable me tto venture another side of the world which is crypto trading. Which is proven to be another source of income once you master how to play this kind of stuff.

You can not compare a real job with the signature campaign, the real job is very tiring, you are required to work 8 hours a day in a timely manner. while the signature campaign does not require a lot of time, you are free to do this. so obviously incur a loss if you accept bitcoin salary of a real job. but when prices fall.

And a real job is surely not as easy as posting things in a forum.
