The general sentiment of the market is getting very positive on Bitcoin as it is experiencing some upward movement. A lot of people are expecting that Bitcoin will soon breach the $6,000 level and can possibly go beyond that level in the coming weeks and months...and there are those already predicting of $8,000 or even $10,000 before 2019 ends. I know this is just another speculative notions but this can be reflective of the ongoing confidence the market has on the King of Cryptos.

With this backdrop in mind, will you advise a newbie to bitcoin to enter at this stage so he can be able to ride the coming "boom" or will you tell him to wait some more until the market is dipping?

Let him decide for himself just present all the facts of investing and various situation that will arise, from investing, in short, educate them first and let them decide for themselves if they want to decide to invest right now or if they deemed what is when is the right time.

It's a very good time to enter now that all the signs are showing a bullish trend. The fact is that no one can predict what happens exactly to the market so you just have to enter at your desirable time which is also relative. It isn't easy bringing someone new to this crypto business as it can even let you part ways with each other when things do not go the right way as expected.
Introducing this venue of investment can be an eye opener, it's important not to push them right away but allow them to observe and analyze
what possibilities this investment can bring them, its more on guiding them and introduce them the path where they can also try opportunities
that bitcoin/crypto market has to offer.

Journey of a thousand miles begins with a step,  I don't tink there is a time or season when newbie should join Bitcoin.
Waiting too long might later be a regret. Anybody can join when he is ready ( knowing fully what Bitcoin is,  how Bitcoin to trade with Bitcoin and what he/she is coming into the business to do).

Anyone who is willing to take a little bit of risk needs to enter the cryptocurrency market without much delay. The correction phase is over and I have a very strong feeling that right now it may be the last chance to accumulate BTC at sub-10,000 prices. When the next bull rally occurs, it will be very quick and very steep. You may not get a chance to purchase coins then.

Never because i don't to be the reason for their lost in case they but bitcoin then the price goes down then they sell at loss. Newbies need to learn everything first on their own, with so much information here and others like YouTube etc they can decide for themselves if they want to get in or not.

I'm also new to cryptocurrencies, but if I should answer this question, I think I will say that everyone needs to do his/her own research before investing any amount of their money to crypto. At least that's what I did.

Happy to know about it that you accept it that people should invest on bitcoin. I always admire the newbie to come on bitcoin field, it is new technology. People should taste the new changing. But before to invest we should search about it, because not everyone handle it. Actually, everyone has different skills that's why before invest on bitcoin we should educate yourself.

Actually to encourage beginners to enter bitcoin whenever it can be done, it all depends on the ability to buy it.
and my assessment for the next few months is the possibility that bitcoin will continue to rise towards the highest price and now is the right time to encourage beginners to buy bitcoin and convince them to want to invest and explain it well and true how bitcoin works

It seems to me that if such a question were asked in 2017, then it would be possible to warn beginners from investing in cryptocurrency,
You have to enter somewhere and to fight the waiting game you could buy inn in steps and that way even out on rises/dips.

I would advise newbies to become a non noob if they want to get into bitcoin.

1. read the white paper
2. inform yourself about security risk
3. try to earn some bitcoin
Do you have to read whitepaper to get involved in bitcoin at this stage? I never read bitcoin's whitepaper in up to 4 years and dont think its necessary at this stage in the project and as a new investors. This forum could help with the fundamentals, if newbies are ready to spend time reading.

It's good practice to read the white paper with every coin/token you are interested in. I haven't read the white paper for bitcoin either. We probably should have. I still think it is a great idea for new comers to begin.
They don't have to read the entire whitepaper but just get a feel for it.

It seems to me that if such a question were asked in 2017, then it would be possible to warn beginners from investing in cryptocurrency, when prices were at their peak.  But today there are very good chances for investors, so even a beginner can not only learn, but also try to invest their money in Bitcoin.

I suggest that for beginners you should not jump right into playing bitcoin. As a beginner you should enrich yourself first with the knowledge of crypto currencies. Before playing with bitcoin on the market then we should know the history of bitcoin first, how the movement of bitcoin, and how the volume that occurs in the market. Besides that, we must know what opportunities can be obtained through bitcoin and what challenges must be faced by bitcoin in the future. After knowing about bitcoin in full then we can start buying bitcoin and playing bitcoin on the market.

In as much as crypto is not dead, there is still hope that one day crypto will boom again just as it was few years ago. My advice to newbie will still be the same as it was during the hard period. Do not put all your eggs in one basket and never think crypto will make you rich within a short period of time. Do your own research and take time to plan for what you intend to achieve. He who has no rule about trading crypto will never be successful even when crypto is booming. When I was new into trading crypto, I was so lucky to always follow a lot of old members here on the platform. Bitcointalk is the only resources that provide me all information I gathered. Goodluck

Why not? Price is still worth to invest. it looks like this year will be much more better than 2018.

Oh, yes, in comparison with 2018, we are celebrating the greatest triumph. No, this is not a bull run yet, but a good growth. The beginners can enter the market, as it shows the signs of future gaining.

With this backdrop in mind, will you advise a newbie to bitcoin to enter at this stage so he can be able to ride the coming "boom" or will you tell him to wait some more until the market is dipping?

Of course, newbies need to be attracted to cryptocurrency, because the more people in the market, the higher will be capitalization and volatility. Accordingly, it is beneficial for a trader to attract new traders to the trade.
