Based on my own experience, it all depends on how you approach and how well can you explain to a newbie cryptocurrency. If you will just focus on cryptocurrency as a way to earn money, it might just give them a wrong idea or might not get the whole concept of cryptocurrency. Most people or newbies who get into crypto thinks it's just a way to earn money or fast get rich scheme. In the end they will think that crypto is a scam, if they will lose a huge amount of money due to their greed and misconception of crypto.

The long-awaited bull run has not happened yet and we can assume that now is a good time to buy bitcoin. But if you look for the best price, I think it's better to wait a little.

No I’m not, instead I will advice them to study and learn about bitcoin and tell them how risky this is but profitable so in that case they will never blame me whenever the investments turns negative and all the mistakes will be from their moves not mine
Instead of pointing out to the specs and whitepaper you could explain what the moments where you did buy inn your self and how that worked out.

Yes, but I'd advise most to adjust their expectations.   It's unlikely that one will make millions from investing $10-20k like the old days (the old days being 7-8 years ago).   But you can still make some decent returns.

This. Of course i would advise more people to join but they need to know the risks they face.

So they won't do something extremely reckless like putting their house in risk only for some "quick profit". It could work, i bet that it worked for some. But when it won't work, the consequences are too huge to not name them.

Bitcoin is just like money, it is just a tool. The person who handles it is the one responsible for the actions that come from those.

As of today BTC has surpassed 9k USD which is an all time home as far as 2019 is concerned, if I am to advise a newbie, it will be wait for a retrace ( correction) before thinking of hopping in. From all indication I think Btc has hit a resistance at 9300 and we should see a correction very soon.

There's nothing wrong if newbie enter into bitcoin world, as long as He/She dedicated and determine to do it, well go on.
Just always begin with learning and push themselves in a hurry to get profit here, because there's no quick profit here anyway.

Will disagree with you, the volatility of the cryptocurrency market wouldn't allow me to advise Newbies to venture into the world of cryptocurrency without prior knowledge of it volatility. There's no way you advise them, and they will not see how to get quick money which at the end, will land them into great loss.

The general sentiment of the market is getting very positive on Bitcoin as it is experiencing some upward movement. A lot of people are expecting that Bitcoin will soon breach the $6,000 level and can possibly go beyond that level in the coming weeks and months...and there are those already predicting of $8,000 or even $10,000 before 2019 ends. I know this is just another speculative notions but this can be reflective of the ongoing confidence the market has on the King of Cryptos.

With this backdrop in mind, will you advise a newbie to bitcoin to enter at this stage so he can be able to ride the coming "boom" or will you tell him to wait some more until the market is dipping?

I think the market should not be invested properly without doing any research. Because there is a lot more chance of loss than profit. I saw many people lose their capital.

It will be up to the Newbie to decide whether or not to join at the time of the market situation, the best I can do is to emphasize the usage and adoption of Bitcoin, as well as to highlight the advantages and possibilities that lies with its usage. However, I'll be more poised to introduce it as a privacy oriented means of payment rather than a get rich quick investment.

It's too risky if he will invest without knowing what he is investing too, anything can happen in a volatile market, I will educate him first show him the advantages and disadvantages of investing and how volatile the market is, then ask him what he thinks, it's his money the last decision should be his.

I would advise her or him to enter the bitcoin industry but should be explained fairly the pros and cons on dealing with bitcoins. There are no reasons for someone to hinder(if are only disclosing the disadvantages) other in entering bitcoins unless it was detrimental to the one being advised with.

The exchange rates have already risen by almost 200% during the last 3 months, from $3,000 per coin to $9,000 per coin. Short-term investment is not recommended under current circumstances. If the user is ready to hold on to his coins for a minimum of two to three years, then he can enter the cryptocurrency market right now.

The question is, why not? What prevents us from encouraging newbies to join or invest in Bitcoin now? The recent rise in price of Bitcoin is not the bedrock of Bitcoin because Bitcoin is capable of reaching $23K as the record has it. And with the set pace on the market, Q3 can take Bitcoin to $15K.

Of course, I will! Though I never stopped teaching people about the cryptocurrency but now it is harder than before. Recently I tried to advise some of my village people about bitcoin and Ethereum. But they thought it is a scam stock trading! Later they got interested by seeing my portfolio!
We need more people in the crypto, as last year lots of people left the crypto industry. This year, we need to make them believe that crypto is here to revolutionize in the finance sector, it is the real money which is better than gold!

Yes we need someone to dump our bags on his face. That's how you sound.
