This is what happened to me, I lost many bitcoins and money because of my gambles. What I did was, I didn't gambled any money again. It's hard to take those money back. How I wish to never gamble again.
At least you have learned your lesson, it might be a painful experience but I guess it is part of a learning journey to make people realize that gambling is not a solution to get rich, it is good to see that you are trying hard to restrict yourself to play in a casino again, as you pointed out, it is hard to recover losses from a casino, and you have made the right decision to move on with your life.
yes it is part of the journey you have ever done in gambling, at least you can understand that gambling is very risky if you do not master it and can easily lose the money you are risking. even though most people play gambling rely on luck but someone who always wins the game they know the strategy that must be done to play

Those strategies and mitigating risk by proper bankroll management, creating many sessions, and pre-planned bets to stick no matter what. This is mitigating risk and avoiding someone to engage into rage betting.
the thing is strategies doesnt work on gambling but if you follow your maximum bankroll it can decrease the risk of losing more money, you only need to keep your cool and dont get tilted so you dont go out broke in the casino you can always control yourself if you keep your cool.

I prefer to go home, because playing in depressed circumstances and limited money is not very good. Better the remaining money available for the cost of going home, we can continue to gamble at other times.

When a person is not in a good mood they should simply quit and move from their because at times you take such blunder decision that you will realize how bad those circumstances where and how much you end up losing due to those bad decisions.

Many gamblers also experience the same things, losing money, regret and then decide to stop gambling. But not all of them will succees in leaving gambling for granted. Many of them will come back again as soon as they forgot or can move on from their previous regrets. It's like a temporarily stop from gambling habits. So in general, many gamblers will still continue until they meet a condition where they no longer able to fulfil their habits anymore aka broke.

What will you do if after losing several times in gambling, you are left with only small amount of money and that money will be for your fuel or for transportation, will you still continue with the little you are left with? What if you lose?

No I will not. Losing my money is a sign that I am not lucky on the day I played so I better not lose all my money. I have to set limits, control myself and beside there are so many other days to play and win. Do not be addicted to it. Gambling is just there. It will never be gone. Gambling is just for fun and not to lose your everything.
Don't believe in trends in gambling, if you will win you will win but it's really important that you will control yourself because sometimes we have
a good start but we cannot sustain it so in the end we will still lose our money. Don't gamble if you play it as a source of income, just do it for fun to minimize losses.

To make it simple, start gambling make some profit and run!!! Don't try to multiply your winnings again. That's the big mistake most gamblers often do.

Loved your run word Tongue

Just do that or just try other strategies or even use only profit balance.

If I'm left with a very small amount of money, then I would stop gambling and use that money for my daily needs. Because if I use that same amount of money for gambling, then I may lose it all. That's the worst decision you would make, as it'll result in bankruptcy over the long term. However, in my case, as soon as I get more money, I would continue placing my bets in a gambling game.

I'd never use my reserve money for gambling, as it's required for my survival in this world. However, there are people who cannot do this, and are simply greedy, so they tend to gamble with all their hard-earned money, resulting in undesired losses within a short amount of time.

Nevertheless, I hope that gamblers would be smart and don't use the little amount of money they have left for food or transportation, in exchange of placing their bets with the hopes of becoming rich quick. Smiley

Since losing your money in a particular day is a sign that it's an unlucky day and it's time to stop, don't you think that losing in multiple days is a sign to stop gambling because it's an unlucky lifetime and it's time to stop gambling forever? Smiley

I think people are deluding themselves that they are "in control" by being able to stop whenever they want. Sure you can do that, you can stop gambling whenever you want when you're in the casino. But can you stop gambling altogether? Can you stop coming back to the casino? The only thing this "controlling" does (i.e. stopping after a couple of losses or stopping when you lost x amount of money) is prolong the time that you lose all of your bankroll.

But at the end of the day, you still burned an amount of money which you can't afford to lose in order to gain back the losses that you have had in the past. Stopping gambling right now and never coming back is the best decision that you'll make because that would mean that you're not going to increase the amount of losses that you have to recover from. The more amount of losses you have, the more you feel compelled to gamble and get them back. It's a loop that you can only get out from by consciously having the decision to quit and committing to your words forever.

Only idiot can do that or maybe the single person can do that without thinking of his self and without thinking what will be done after he do that. That will never be done if think it carefully.
people should think about their family and responsibilities even if he/she is a single person because they could lose everything if they can't control themselves.

I would never find myself in that situation but if I did I would seriously re-examine my life.

Gambling is fine if you're rich and having fun competing and burning your money away, it can be a break from skill based games and challenges to just relax.

But if you can't even afford gas and day to day life, why are you gambling?

It always confuses me seeing all those poor-working class people buying lottery ticket after lottery ticket.

You just gave up 2-3 hours of your life working just to play a game of chance.

I prefer to place many small bets instead of a few large bets, that way I get more bang for my buck.  I'm never the type of person to go all in, too stressful unless you only have a small bank roll.

I've gone through some pretty bad losing streaks in the past but it always turns around if you play long enough.

My style in dice game is also placing small amount of money as my base bet on a higher payouts. I do it with automatic roll. I try not to bet with high amounts so I can keep enjoy the game in the hope, if I lost, it won't disturbing my financial significantly.
Great strategy, small bet with high return, just like a lottery, actually that is better because if you are lucky you can surely bag a big amount of money.
Based on my experience, if I play a 100% payout for every roll, even if I win, it does not satisfy me and so I play again until I loss in the end.
If you are lucky, but if you are not lucky your money will be gone. I saw some people bets on stake and hunt a higher payouts like that too, 1 satoshi to hunt 5M x.
