Your example is has not been true for me as i had 3 investment set at 99.0 edge before you made this post, these are my results from 99.0, the top one has been there for about 3 days, the 2nd 2 days, and the 3rd is under 1 day, so how is possible that others using the same edge as me are ahead? They have all suffered signifigant loss, and if your site has a policy of automatically closing they will never recover, and investors lose completely.
Unless there is a bug in how investors funds are being pooled or used should not everyone at 99.0 be ahead together if they been invested for a few days? The investment protection is not working for the edge you recommended.
bigger bets and more whale players for investors means they will have their investment drop to 0 faster and be booted out the bankroll unable to recover when house begins to win again
I cannot even close them now without taking a further loss as the site says you deduct a 0.5% fee to further penalize the investor if they close their investment.
The numbers you show for those investments are cumulative result across all edges that investment counted for.
So in your case it looks like you have been moving your investments between different edges (correct me if I am wrong).
We encourage you to keep your investments in since they will pay off, but you should do whatever you feel comfortable with.
There of course is opportunity for some short term variance, but your current positions have already improved from what you posted and you are talking about being down 1 to 2% and again, these numbers should the current position of each investment which could have been moved between different edges.
What your saying about the cumulative result makes sense BUT I have not moved any investments into the 99.0 that were showing negative profit, the top one at 99.0 as been in that edge from the beginning and has not been moved between edges, the 2nd one at 99 was move up from a lower edge that had receive no game and was at the original 0.01 so no losses or results to carry over there, the last one was also move up from a lower edge as it was not getting any games and had no losses. so only 2 were moved but all 3 began 99.0 edge at 0.01. The first investment at top in 99.0 did show a small profit for the first 2 days before it completely reversed and is now negative profit, the only one i had at 99.9 was as i said before was closed by staff when it got low and making a complete loss.
I would like to invest a larger amount but these results are making me unsure of the system and if its really working as intended. I never had a result like this on other sites I invested in, they always remain ahead even if only by a small percentage which I assume is because the investment is pooled together by site so that their amount invested equals their share of the house profits of the total across all investors, which of course I expect it to change as investors added or removed.
If the 99.0s I have all reach 0, then what happens, will they also be removed like my 99.9 was? Either players are extremely lucky and the house is always losing but then as you said others are ahead at the same edge, as my 3 x 99.0 all began in that edge at 0.01, how can it be then these are all showing loss.
I have reduced the fee on losses temporarily from 0.5% to 0%. The reason for the fee is not to penalize you more - it's rather to avoid people making huge short term sweeps.
I not sure I understand what you are trying to prevent here? I can understand and see a need for a fee or method to prevent people exploiting the faucet via investment every few minutes, but don't think a fee should be charged on investments that is unchanged or negative profit and been active for a reasonable period of time. (eg 1 day)
