Yup I found admin's chat messages after reading MRKLYE's post here and hearing about the problem.

Since the chat window is minimized after I log in, I haven't notice the chat messages in the first place.
Maybe admin can change the text in the blue square from "Select bet size and start rolling!" to something like "Dice game is temporarily suspended. Sorry!" next time.

@win88dev fixed the issue so all set now with Dice. Finished a short nap and now back to sleep after making sure all good

Never knew Jed McCaleb made this Stellar Coin. But its kind of interesting. Seems like they are working on something big. I read an article about it today and it seems amazing how they came up with this.
