I'm not sure about there one of their reason is the high fees an other things surrounds with bitcoin. I'm not sure but you can correct or add some good reason on why they left but I believe that they will be back soon as they are preparing back again for something great. Everyone can make their rating dude, no one cares about yours though. Even if you give 0/5 rating for windice so what? People won't stop comming on windice

I believe that if you just focus on dice game and nothing more, eventually you will not grow that much and even lose. What does a casino make a profit from? The losers, how do people lose? They wager, which means the more people wager the more they lose and that is how a casino makes a profit, which means you need people, customers and constantly at that. If the website is always the same time and time after again then how could you expect people to keep coming here and gambling? More people will leave then join and eventually that will cause this place to not make enough profit and eventually they will close as well, same reason or not.

Windice doesn't get the same amount of gambling number anyway (this is bet number of course, could be 100x more in wagered amount or maybe 10% of it who knows) and it is still something not cool by the casino, they need more people.

Can you provide the full screenshot of support chat messages? Seems like you have said something worng and support got angry on you for your behaviour. We can't judge anything from this single message. I haven't played much at WinDice but based on my little experience, their support is good and helpful like other casino staff.

They need to adopt on certain changes according to the taste of the people to survive in this industry, there are so many casino opened up and conduct a good marketing and contest just to make their business more appealing to their gamblers and seems yolodice doesn't adopt to the changes that's why they suspend their operation. But I really believe that they will be back and just preparing for another round of operation.

Are you talking about yolodice? They suspended their casino for other reason and still there are dice sites which are in the top wagering list in the crypto industry so we can't say the number of games available in a site is important for the players to choose, the completeness of the game also plays an important role. Its okay if a casino stick with few games but they need to give a better experience for the players so they won't move to other sites.

I am not sure if that is the case. There is very few that wanted Original because over the days or months , players will seek for new flavors and that will come in looking for other games to try their luck.

Slot contest isn't really bad, it's competitive and pretty much fair since the odds and probability is the same for everyone. They have a really high bar to meet with designing a tournamennt though, there are some gambling sites that have a really good tournaments and they have to top or at least rival that if they want people to join their future tournaments.
