Well.. let's not say that they are not "active at all" because they are active time to time and they do share stuff time to time but there is a difference between active and active.

If you always notify people what is going on with the website and share all the promotions and all that in a marketing purpose type of way, you are still active, you are not gone and you are still around and have an account that posts, however there is also a HUUUUGE difference on having one person like a community manager to be constantly here and talk with people about what they want and just basically chat regularly.

The first one is enough to have a casino, you do not "need" to do anything more than that, second one is just shows how involved you are and would take you to an upper level.

The 200k would be for spending on signature campaign and the campaign manager, you could have a huge one out there with over 50 people from senior member to legendary and all that, it would go on for 6 months, after that you can do 200k for ads everywhere you are allowed, I am not sure how google approaches it but you can put it on everywhere you can, and another 200k (with 100k coming back) would be weekly 1k wager, 6 months is about 24 weeks and that would be 240k but I am sure people who compete would lose some.

So, basically marketing is EXPENSIVE and really a lot.

Every campany cannot afford this luxury because every one is going by his own budget we have great example of Primedice they invested some good amount and now they are leaders on other hand justdice never do any marketing like this but they was also very good in market many others also have things like this but now its really tough time for these things because now this community is spreading and need to cover this for more explore and more advantages.

That's true for them to be actively competing to other betting site they must have a good marketing strategy since a lot of online casinos popped out daily. This is very important that they have unique ideas to promote this betting site just like on their social media page they have a lack of engagement to other people. That's a plus that they have a giveaway somehow it could attract more users. By having an update also here in games and rounds new users might have the interest to join this online casino.

Sure why not, but why need to add screenshot while you can ask for betID which can be checked on your site.
I do think it is easier to post betIDs than screenshot, easy to check the legitimate of the bet as well as easy to submit the entry for participants.
Many sites do this so you can do the same thing to boost your traffic but bear in mind that you need to offer something different and something attractive than what you have on your own official forum.
I'm sure you'll get many participants if you can offer something great here in this forum.
