You just took 13-14 day for another 10 million bets, I think at this point we have to realize that windice is not and going better, and I am pretty sure they are not even making as much profit as they used to neither unless there are some huge whales gambling and losing as well. I would say when you are a casino that gets so much attention and liked by so many people, it is hard to actually not get them to play. I would say a bigger and better marketing effort would put them back in to "less than 10 days per 10 million bet" mark, there was periods where it was like 1.5 million bet per day, and it is not that old neither.
So, I would say, just get together as team (I would suggest zoom over real face to face during this pandemic) and talk about what you guys can do for a bigger marketing campaign.

There is always a thing to do with their coin on their website though, it is not really for nothing. It is really cool that windice is actually trying to expand their situation a lot, they are actually doing something I wasn't really considering at all with their own coins but also a daily reward system as well, they are giving away 3000 doge coin per day which may not look that high to you which you are correct, it is 7 dollars per day, not really a big deal at all for a casino this big, but when you calculate it daily that is $2.5k per year and that is just the doge coin one.
They will probably continue to have their big ones as well where they give 0.02 and what not, with all of that they would basically reach to close to $10k per year. I can't expect more from a casino, they are getting a decent number of rains too if you check the chat and that means they are giving away money from every direction.

VIP program has too many levels...
It's normal for VIP to have a lot of levels, other dice sites have the same type of leveling system. Anyway it's probably easy to grind it out since you could get some boosts and experience from the store. VIP program has too many levels...

^Affiliate networking has always been a profitable thing and if you are big enough you could potentially ask for more stuff, for example if you are inviting 500+ people to any casino you go to, you could potentially get a lot of money for it from windice if you request it, of course they will ask for a proof but if you are big enough you are known as well. That is why I suggested gambler should become like a union and have some sort of big group in order ask more from casinos as well and have just a leader of that union who will get a big ref that he could share back with the gamblers, that way we wouldn't even pay for the union to exist and costs of it neither, the affiliate income would help too and meanwhile gamblers would make that back and even more by getting more free stuff from casinos to go play on their website.

I'm not sure if you actually mean Windice.io here. I think the UI looks exactly the same since they launched at the beginning of last year. There are always small UI improvements or new features that are added, but the games and the general user interface has not changed.What we consider design change is actually changing the design of the website to something new and different, doesn't have to be good or bad, usually even a bad change could lead to good results because people want to see something new, or could lead to bad results as people were comfortable with the old one. All in all this place has been the same exact website as the one over a year ago.

Sorry my bad, maybe what I want to say is user experience (features). Like you said the games and the general user interface are not changed since they launch it, there are some features that look new for me i.e leveling system, shop, VIP and wincoin (I'm inactive from the site around 5 months or more). Even the UI did not change that much but it still fresh for me.Aside from that, are they going to add other games aside from those 3? Been quite a while when they added crash and plinko. But really good to know that windice team is still active in this thread and seems that players have no problem reaching out to them up until now.
