Just FYI, if you need to distinguish different Ripple payments you receive, you should use a destination tag and a single address, not create (and fund) a completely new account. https://bitcoin.stackexchange.com/questions/25235/destination-tag-best-practices-when-integrating-ripple
Thanks, we aware of this practice, however because we switched to a single address per separate Bitcoin/Altcoin anyhow, plus adding a tag increases possible user error (as both target address and tag needs to be entered), we decided not to require any tags.

Oh, I did not know this about ripple. Thanks for clarifying. So should I expect a 20xrp fee on all my transfers of ripple? like you stated, it is going to the same address so i should only be charged 1x.
By the way I don't understand why people invest using the other coins when they can just convert it into bitcoins with 10% bonus, considering 10k btc is not yet reached. Or did I missed something? Anyway good luck everyone. Hoping this will be a very successful project.

Prevention of DDoS is nice but some who want to donate are having hard time to log in. Maybe there is extension on bonuses.
The issue with DDOS prevention was resolved early on the first day and alot of investors have opportunity to invest on the first day. The 15% bonus is still okay and also the 10% 10000BTC is still available for investors using Bitcoin

Ripple requires 20 XRP to be reserved into new addresses (https://ripple.com/build/reserves), so the system automatically deducts this from the transfers.
I do see that you used the same address, so only 20 XRP should have been deducted, we will check this out.

Therefore, only 20 XRP + transfer fees should have been deducted from your transactions, we will check this out.

I have a deposit from 3days ago that hasn't shown up on the campaign page, but is confirmed in the blockchain.
I also noticed the ripple amount hasn't increased, so I assume this is a widespread deal.

There was an issue with the official public Ripple node dropping the connections from the cabinet system, which prevented new transactions from being displayed in the cabinet.
We now switched to another one, and will soon re-index of all the Ripple transactions to make sure everything is displayed correctly.

It seems that each one of my ripple deposits are 20 XRP short?!

Didnt recieved any update or message from Mr. Oskin till yet. ´Wrote him today a message again, not thinking anything happens faster but to show how disappointed i am from a fintech startup not able to transfer or refund a simple XAPO transfer to my ICO address. So if WINGS is not able to solve the problem i offered that you can refund my transaction to my XAPO wallet. The ICO will be done from in this case.
We are apologizing for the extra delay, as we got just yesterday a new API from Xapo, finally enabling us to enumerate all Xapo users who sent us the transactions.
We are testing it now, in order to make sure it will be working correctly, before deploying it to the system.
Please rest assured that all your transaction bonuses will be accounted for, according to the time of the transaction sending.
It's important to emphasize that this issue is only relevant for Xapo users, all other BTC transactions are displayed normally.

But if you do not collect full amount then how much longer would it take you to develop full vision?
We will publish an updated roadmap after the Wings tokens campaign is over, once we know the total collected amount and what kind of R&D effort size it can support.
