U should REALLY lower your withdrawal fees, 20 DOGE fee on DOGE withdrawals ?
Most probably they will say that the withdrawal fee is high for the payment provider or wallet maintenance cost. Wintomato is charging higher fees like that since the beginning. There were also complaints from
another user regarding the high withdrawal fee. I think Wintomato team isn’t going to reduce the fee. They are charging higher fee for all the crypto than the actual network fee.
I'm just curious, since i'm not using DOGEcoin for my gambling needs, I like to know how much is the fees for other casinos? At 20 doge, it is converted to $3 (more or less).. So that's really big if you are gambling within the range of $100 and below.. However, if you are gambling with $1000 and up, then I think that amount is acceptable. At the end of the day, it's still up to us if we continue to not since we have a lot of casinos in the space, but people complaining should be considered as a constructive critcism that a casino needs to improve to gain more gamblers.
at stake.com the only casino that currently uses the withdrawal fee for doge is 0.08$ in doge coin, and the minimum withdrawal amount is 2.49$ which is a very low value and this allows players like me who play with very low amounts of money can play at will. for example today I made a deposit of 5$ in litecoin at stake because I wanted to place my multibet bet and I managed to make the deposit very quickly and placed my bet. withdrawals in litecoin on stake are also very low, the minimum withdrawal fee in litecoin on stake.com is $0.02 in litecoin and the minimum withdrawal amount in litecoin is $2.64 which is something very good for my case. Even when it comes to staked bitcoin, the withdrawal fee is very low, at $1.08
while in many other casinos they charge a very high withdrawal fee, this in my opinion is another way for the casino to keep people's winnings, but as people have accepted playing in casinos with these high withdrawal fees, then they should not keep complaining about this, if they don't like the way the casino sets the value of the withdrawal fee then the person should stop using that casino and can use casinos like stake that have low withdrawal fees. If people are happy at this wintomato.com casino even with these high withdrawal rates then they can continue using this wintomato.com casino, in my opinion the most important thing is that the casino is not a scam and people feel happy using it
I can see where the comparison is coming, well, if other casinos particularly stake which one of the most popular charge a very minimal withdrawal fee, sometimes it could be considered as a standard basis, so some might complain. But you are right, if they are not happy then they should not be playing with this casino. I think wintomato has to evaluate this thing as this could be crucial in gaining loyal gamblers, I mean if they are happy with the fee, they'll continue to play and will eventually increase their wagers in the long run, what matters is the activity is continues. It's about volume versus the amount of bets, because with volume of gamblers, this could assure that income is coming regularly.
Stake has probably billions of bets coming in a monthly basis, so cheap withdrawal fees could be the key here. In fact, IIRC, there were casinos before that does not charge a withdrawal fee, not sure if there's still some now.
I haven't seen any casino to charge a high withdrawal fee like Wintomato for the other crypto except Bitcoin. Gamblers use altcoins for the faster confirmation and cheaper withdrawal fee. But Wintomato team hasn't left any better option for the users. Usually, the Dogecoin withdrawal fee is 1 to 2 DOGE in every casino.
That's the point... even in my case, I would choose to use altcoins as it's faster to confirm and transaction fees are cheap.
