There is no explanation for op posting a new topic except to avoid users reading the comments here regarding many issues that have been pending for a long time even if some of them have been resolved. Maybe this way the casino representative will respond to you and resolve your case, and it's very sad that people have to resort to this method to have their problems resolved. In my case I don't use this casino and I see that I make a good choice in not using them

U should REALLY lower your withdrawal fees, 20 DOGE fee on DOGE withdrawals ? 
Most probably they will say that the withdrawal fee is high for the payment provider or wallet maintenance cost. Wintomato is charging higher fees like that since the beginning. There were also complaints from another user regarding the high withdrawal fee. I think Wintomato team isn’t going to reduce the fee. They are charging higher fee for all the crypto than the actual network fee.at stake.com the only casino that currently uses the withdrawal fee for doge is 0.08$ in doge coin, and the minimum withdrawal amount is 2.49$ which is a very low value and this allows players like me who play with very low amounts of money can play at will. for example today I made a deposit of 5$ in litecoin at stake because I wanted to place my multibet bet and I managed to make the deposit very quickly and placed my bet. withdrawals in litecoin on stake are also very low, the minimum withdrawal fee in litecoin on stake.com is $0.02 in litecoin and the minimum withdrawal amount in litecoin is $2.64 which is something very good for my case. Even when it comes to staked bitcoin, the withdrawal fee is very low, at $1.08
