How much you have wagered so far? The main requirement to level up is by wagering certain amount for each level.
To be on 2nd level, you need 250 points. 1point = $1, so you need to wager at least $250 to be on the 2nd level.
It is not about how long you play, but how much you wager. If you have wagered more than $250 but you still cant get to the 2nd level, there must be something wrong with the system so better to contact them personally.

It is a pity that the bonuses in this casino are so small.
You have two kind of bonuses. The first one is a Slot Bonus of up to 6 Bitcoins and 300 free spins. I don't think that is small. I have seen many casinos offer only 1-2 BTC in bonus money.

The rewards are not great, the free spins are mostly. I think that the higher the level, the more expensive the rewards.
I think that the prize will be taken by someone from the casino administration, I do not believe that they are honest with the results of this competition. 
Do you have any proof for this ? Since you do not posses any proof, you cannot claim that those prizes are fake. We should consider them honest unless we see any evidence of dishonestly. This is not right to put an accusation on them without the valid proof and only based upon assumptions.

The first few levels are not so difficult to pass, but starting from level 3, it's hard.
what rewards were given for completing the first three levels, could you specify?This is how casinos works, the higher you wager the higher rewards you may get. Free spins sounds like a small reward but someone may win big from it unless there is a small max winning allowed from the free spins. Just do not force yourself to reach high level because of the rewards. Play because you like to do it only with your own limitation.

This is a super-profitable niche, of course, the competition is great. Personally, I do not like to play constantly in a new casino, I find one site and am content with it for many years.

Very well said. That is why they informed that they have KYC and they will ask the gambler for documents that will bring in big money in their casino just like the big winner. It is the responsibility of a gambler to know the contents of the ToS first and understand it so that there is no problem in entering and exiting money.
