I made a withdraw from the site yesterday and it’s now 10 hours since I did it and I have not received my btc to my wallet.
What is the problem with the site? I have uploaded ID and Proof of adress also.
And I get no response when I try to reach this winz.io team on email and on the live chat on the site.
How long can it take?
Do anyone else have problem with withdraw?

I do not think the site has the right to reveal the identity of this person. Most sites will display usernames, but I still have doubts if this is allowed.
Suppose someone his name is "Mike Michaels" and choose his username "Mikemichaels", then I can imagine he will not be to happy to display this name as a winner.
Now is Mike Michaels a made up name, but I can imagine there are people with unique names, that is really a privacy problem.
Somehow it's really exciting to see the names of the winner but for security reason since we are on gambling it should really needed to hide, although many question this but I assume that this is the best thing to do to protect the users privacy.
For sure the players can verify if the winners are real base on stats so there's really no big deal for having this.

How does this bonus work. If an user deposits one bitcoin, will he/she gets an additional bitcoin into the wallet. If any minor uses his adult friend/cousin/relative to pass the KYC, this is morally not correct. Although the gambling site may not be able to trace it but it is not good for the minors to play gambling. They are not mature and can misuse the funds of their family.
No it should not be nessesary because as mentioned in above post, the minors can use the adult identity and bypass the age restrictions, so it is bogus to implement KYC to control the minors accessing the sites. The parents/ guardians of minor need to be more responsible and keep an eye on their children activities

A minor is not allowed to gamble. So if you fall under the age of 18 do not try first. Because your account will be useless and in case you have won and they know you are not an adult, it would be forfeited.

How much you have wagered so far? The main requirement to level up is by wagering certain amount for each level.
To be on 2nd level, you need 250 points. 1point = $1, so you need to wager at least $250 to be on the 2nd level.
It is not about how long you play, but how much you wager. If you have wagered more than $250 but you still cant get to the 2nd level, there must be something wrong with the system so better to contact them personally.
