This site claims to have instant deposit as you can read on the payment page. Usually when a site claims to have instant deposit, it means that there is no need to wait for confirmation of the transaction. So as long as a user sent the deposit, it should be credited on the account immediately. In other words, it should have nothing to do with bitcoin network unless there is a specific requirement of the transaction fee to get the instant deposit.
Even if they say that the deposit is instant as long as their use in the transaction is blockchain technology, then they really need confirmation/s on the network before it can be successful.No it is not, there are/were some sites has truely instant deposit (without confirmation of the transaction). One of the site is sportsbet, they used to have instant deposit, once you sent your money then it will be credited to your account automatically without waiting for confirmation. Other site is 999dice, it has instant deposit as well. This is what I'm talking about real instant deposit (no neee to wait for the confirmation).
