I doubt probability that Wolf.bet platform won't have rain drops on their platform. This is one of basic stuffs on casinos and dice sites, so I believe Wolf.bet team have plans for that. We might soon know about that with upcoming upgrades in days/ weeks to come (as the Wolf.bet team said that they have plans and tried to finish their works for some important upgrades and new features, that promising to bring better experience for Wolf.betters.)
Additionally, I don't know that there are abusers can abuse rain drops or faucets, at least recent months. What I saw is they complained about their failed abusements only. They don't mention directly on what they abused, but on casinos, I think one of most common ways to abuse is faucets and rain drops, tips.

I would also say there is a 5th reason for faucets (similar to #1 to test sites) but to test new games.
Before I send over some BTC (or any type of money) because they put in a new game, let me play it for a bit 1st.

I can stand in a real casino and watch a table game for however long I like to try to figure out if it's for me.
I can look at a real slot and watch other people play and get the same feel.

Just a new game on my monitor, it's tougher to get a feeling for it.

There is also a fourth one which is learning how to play a game you haven't played before. Now, I am sure all games in wolf.bet has been around for years and we all know them all very well but there are places that put new games that people never played before, for example to this age even though I have been gambling for years now I have never played baccarat or whatever that game is called because I don't know how it works, I am sure if I get some free coins (which is available, I just didn't want to) and play for an hour I would get all concept of it easily but I just didn't want to, some people use those free money to test those games out.

It is not as common as other reasons but it has been one that I have consistently used in poker places because at first I only knew Texas holdem and learnt others with free faucet giveaways.

You do not realize that there are always abusers on any gambling sites, they usually creates many accounts to claim faucet or trying to get rain from the rainbot (if any) or other free money giveaway. They do not really care how much they can get from the faucet or raindrops, as long as there is a a chance to multiply it by betting with high payout then they will do it. Abusers will not care about how long the time they need to reach the minimum withdrawal as well because their main aim is to make some amount of money freely.
This is a fact that happens time to time since there is faucet in gambling sites, now most faucet in gambling sites gives you small amount only to minimize abusers which is very reasonable.

I saw some people complain about that (why I can not withdraw), and if you notice, it usually occurs with new born platforms. In early weeks, we usually see complaints from abusers, and then after get caught, they tried to attacks platforms' reputation (ie. the platform is scam because they don't allow me to withdraw my money). Sometimes, I read that old-era users mentioned about past generous faucets, years ago. One or two weeks ago (but I don't remember where I read that), someone asked for ways to earn money in forum (from profitable bounties, LOL), and someone else mentioned about years-ago faucets.

The odds to win is acceptable, but with faucet, people have to play with high multiplier, that in turn result in the odds to win too big with high multiplier to withdraw with faucet is very small. How many guys can actually win big enough to withdraw from faucet money? I saw some people complain that they collected enough money from faucets, rain drops, tips and unable to withdraw. Wagering competition can be profitable if you are lucky during wagering. Using the house edge compared to the wagered amount and the prize may look profitable but we do not know the fact. A user may wager 0.5btc and get 0.048 as the prize but we do not know how much he lost/won during wagering.
