The first ranked gambler has received 0.03 bitcoins for 1.5 bitcoin that has been wagered. It's 2% of the total amount wagered. I think it's a big amount. Giving bigger prizes is not reasonable.
There are some other gambling websites that give their top users these kind of prizes. I don't think they give prizes with higher amounts than amount of the prize that Wolf.bet if giving.
