Yes I believe, of course you can't do everything that is said to you because there will be some silly ones but usually a critically important feedback is very vital for the life of a casino. If you listen to sensible feedback than you will have a roadmap in your hands given to you by the gamblers instead of trying to find out what you should improve. How do we know that owner would be better at improving the website over the feedback, we don't and neither does the owner himself, hence if you see a feedback that makes sense to implement or fix or whatever than that would be great addition to the casino.

So yeah, you can't listen to ALL feedback but people in charge who can decide on what direction the casino will go should read all feedback and pick the ones that make the most sense to do first.

I understood what you meant on effects of promotions, and signature campaign in particular, if the team can run promotions continuously and over long period. However, there are at least two factors, that any team have to consider:
- Their available funds for promotions
- Their sites' development plans, progress, and operations

Team have to consider cost-benefit from their promotional funds, hence they have to choose right time to run their campaigns. I only started here after I joined the signature campaign. BUT, the only reason I knew about them *was* the signature campaign. So they do work and you do need them.
BUT, if you are going to be changing things on the site stopping the campaign for a bit of time is logical.
They might have put the site into some for of maintenance mode, might have to change other things. All while paying for people to have their signatures. If they KNOW it's only going to be 1 week. Then fine, it's not worth the time and effort of stopping and starting it. But, as with most software changes it's probably going to be a bit more fluid in terms of how long it's going to take.

it is very uncomfortable , to be honest
constant lags and need to switch the numbers manually or drag the slider is annoying
I got 0.15 btc wagered for the contest but 0.007 spent won't get me anywhere higher than 35k satoshi or so on the table
and the test run ended in the game throwing all of the high numbers at me

needless to say I was betting low
in any case , lets come back in a month or two and see the changes
usually after this period of time it is clear if the site is going to make it or not
